- Hi Guys,
Here is the second instalment of my ventures at the Southbank, In central London.
And today we look at the @britishfilminstitute where things appeared to be going smoothly when a member of the BFI Staff felt it appropriate to verbally abuse me, only to find out that I bite back.
I do apologise for the bad language I did attempt to try and edit the swearing out before I decided to leave it in.

The BFI has thousands of amateur films in their archives that have been shot by members of the public in the past that are historically important highlighting various topics and locations.
TLA's video(s) could one day become part of the archives. The security officers have clearly let the BFI down (badly), and need re-training in how to deal with / speak to members of the public. Very disappointing behaviour.

What a happy crowd at the Bfi. Nice to see everyone enjoying their work and welcoming the public; sweary man needs a good holiday, I think. At least hand man was vaguely professional, even if (as usual) he couldn't understand the difference between outside and inside.

I liked the security guy with the red tie. A sense of humour and relatively clued up. The other swearing staff member should be disciplined by his manager, swearing in public is against SIA rules.

These BFI 'staff' represent the company and it's not a professional look for them, more so as this part of London is always busy with tourists taking photos and doing vlogs in the area. Mr Sausage let himself down big time by being rude and swearing to a member of the public here.

I was a Samsung fan, and I'm sure the Galaxy Sxx takes great pictures.....
But sadly Samsung refused to fix my TV after it developed a screen fault for the second time within 18 months. They basically said 12 months warranty is up, jog on!
I eventually had to use my consumer rights and get a partial refund from the retailer, but I had to jump through hoops and get an engineer's report.
For THAT reason I now refuse to purchase any Samsung item, and regail my friends and colleagues with the sorry tale.
It would have been so easy for Samsung to say ok we'll honour the guarantee. Seeing as it had to be repaired once before. But they wouldn't even consider it as a matter of goodwill.
So there you are TLA..... great phones, but I'll never buy another, or any Samsung product.

Once more security dragged up no manners these are never trained correctly and certainly don’t no law of the country …. Should get at least 12 months training and be perfect in these jobs .. knowing rights and wrongs of the law peoples rights how to chat to public .. starters … no communications skills … discriminate against people …
He's not Verbally Abuses Member of The Public, it's normal for these people. It's in their nature.

I'm glad you had a walk around the BFI. It's not convenient to, as in the '70s, just drive and have a look. Therefore, I don't, and I miss the smoke. Your videos are gold to me just for that. Love a good banter, but that guy was a complete and utter arsehole. The attitude of the BFI in general seems to be in need of improvement, too. Good work, someday, you'll have them all educated 👍 bad security...very bad
