Ite best to make a hole in the center to add more liquid or topping so the bottom gets mixed better. To save the blades makes sure the top is flat. So use a spoon or fork to flatten. Also you can always remove from the fridge fornhwlf hour or put in the microwave for 2 min.

2 min in microwave would start serious melting for me. When I use microwave my pints, it’s like 20 sec.

Just a tip: Toast or roast your pecans. Raw pecans (like walnuts) can be a bit bitter.

First of all, your family is beautiful. Second, I promised myself that I will not buy another Ninja device because I love them all and once you buy one you need all of them. I plan on buying this next week as a birthday gift. I’m breaking my promise. I also love their Foodi Air Fryer and Pressure Cooker device.

Im Puertorrican and in PR we buy coconut sorbet, passion fruit sorbet and mango sorbet on the beach in little dixie style cups. I always wondered how to make them at home. My hubby gifted me a ninja creami for Christmas 2023and TODAY I came across your videos and its on! Thank you. You have a beautiful family. Blessed Be.

I saw a video from another channel a few weeks ago, demonstrating all the wonders of the Creami and I've been hooked! Put one on my wish list and Santa was kind enough to put one under the tree. So far, I've done a coffee ice cream with cold brew coffee and vanilla protein powder. I also did a toasted coconut with protein powder and both had Fairlife 2% milk. I think the protein powder made it a little chalky even though the consistency was really creamy
My goal is to make high protein and low fat/carb pints to satisfy my sweet tooth

Great video. For the coffee, skip the espresso. Boil two tablespoons of Cafe DuMonde (same thing they use in restaurants for Vietnamese iced coffee) in one and a half cups of milk. Boil until you get the color Vietnamese iced coffee. Cool, strain, combine with 1/3 cup of sugar and whip in 1 tablespoon of softened cream cheese. Then, stir in 3/4 cup heavy cream and 1 tsp vanilla. (DON"T WHIP AT THIS POINT. YOU DON"T WANT TO ADD AIR.) Freeze. It will be PERFECT.

I've had the deluxe model for about a week now. So far I've made....
    Butterscotch
Chocolate Mint Chocolate chip with mint crystals. (Learned from this one that you can't rerun it the next night if you have mixins. They'll just disappear)
    Pineapple Sorbet
    Pear Sorbet
    Upcoming flavors...
-Pineapple-pear sorbet (just mixed together the previous two to refereeze then respin.
    -Peach Sorbet
-Mandarin Orange sorbet. (May also make a second batch with cream added)
-Peach IC (Mom picked up some peaches for it, but they were NSA, packed in water. Manual and online say you need at least packed in juice. My plan is to drain them, put into creami, then add a packet of instant vanilla pudding, and 2 cups half and half. Will probably throw in some candied ginger and/or other spices too.)

I’ve been making fruit sorbets my favorite is fresh strawberries and blueberries I keep them frozen , cook down in a pot like making jam , I add monk fruit sweetener 2 tablespoons or so , vanilla, maybe a little lemon juice cook down until thick 15 mins or so than I cook it blend it well and freeze the liquid it’s the best berry sorbet!! I eat it with cottage cheese and fresh berries its amazing give it a try! My next one will be fresh peaches and cream with fair life milk

I'm not surprised that the banana made the chocolate + PB mix so thick and creamy -- there's something about the creamy fibre of a banana which puts lovely creamy texture into low-fat ice creams. (The other absolutely fabulous fruit for ice cream or sorbet is fresh mango. Sooooo creamy.) Oh that pumpkin pie one looks like it would be glorious.

Wonderful Creami video! We’ve had our unit for years and we still ❤️ it. You can basically throw anything in there and it will come out creamy - imagine that?! LOL. We’ve had ice cream parties for our friends and everyone gets super excited to get a homemade version of their favorite flavor!
You are very creative. I use protein powder to bump up my protein intake when I make it for myself. I honestly never thought of using the condensed milk - that’s genius and I would definitely do that for the holidays (too many calories for a regular day). Now I want to go make some ice cream!
    Thanks for your amazing efforts!

If you make a hole in the mixture, as per instructions, for your mix in, it will work all the way through. For example, if you add two Oreos, Put one right down to the bottom of the hole, and one on top, and the cookie pieces will go all the way through. Otherwise you will have cookies and cream on the top, but not on the bottom. Still good, but better if it mixes all the way through,

My most commonly made one for myself is with chocolate protein powder, 2% milk, a scoop of peanut butter and a banana. I actually just threw one in the freezer a couple of minutes ago! As for my family, we’ve found that the Aldi brand vanilla whey protein powder is our absolute favorite and we use that with 2% milk as a base and each family member adds their own mix ins! My husband adds fruit to his, the kids add cookies or candy bars and I like a bit of chocolate syrup! After a year, we are still using it all the time but we keep the recipes pretty basic 🙂

My recipes all include 40gr of protein powder. No sugar needed sweet comes from protein powder and sugar free instant pudding. There are so many protein powders that are delish. I use fairlane or barista oat milk. The more I use this the less I rely on recipes. Just follow the basic recipe and get variety with various protein powders, instant puddings, added fruits. I add gums, but very little, mix with bullet. I read adding a tiny bit of vodka reduces the ice crystals…might try that. Yes it is great, love mine.

I've seen so many reviews on this and mainly not great reviews. U have to put the mixture in the freezer for 24 hours. The machine is to noisy and I mean noisy. Also, once u put it on the machine to mix, it may come out crumblely and they u might have to remix 2 to 4 times. Depending. So after all the bad negative reviews. I won't buy it

Ninja should definitely reimburse you or upgrade you to a deluxe. You just influenced me and my husband to buy one. I want to try almond milk and other healthier frozen treats . We will be trying your recipes as well. Thank you so much!! By the way you and your husband have such great personalities and your family is cute!! You did such a great job putting this video together.!
    UPDATE 7/12/24
For anyone who is interested, we just bought a Creami Deluxe at Costco for $179 it had three containers, that is a STEAL!!
