I love your enthusiasm, man. Welcome to the Uaena fandom. You're definitely not wrong when you said she's the Korean GOAT vocalist. That's straight up facts. She's known as the idol of idols. I've never heard of anyone being so widely respected. Maybe someone like princess Di was comparable as far as how loved and respected she was. I truly believe that IU is one of the extremely rare and exceptional figures who will make a bigger mark in history than anyone could ever predict. There's people who found their calling, then there are people who were born to achieve something great, and then there's IU. She's nowhere close to her peak. We're so lucky to get to witness her make her mark. It's pretty cool that you got to become her fan from going to her concert. I was at the Oakland concert too, actually and I had to wait 6 years for that. And the only thing that sucked about finally seeing her after waiting that long, is that it made the experience so surreal. It almost felt like an out of body experience being there, and afterwards I just felt a sense of regret and emptiness because I felt like I didn't fully enjoy the experience like I always thought I would. I felt like my emotions were stifled the whole time. It was really frustrating. I'm still really bummed about that tbh. It kinda hurts. Cause she really does mean everything to me. She gave me an unfathomable amount of joy at a point in my life when all I was focused on for years was despair and self-loathing. But discovering her completely flipped my entire outlook on life and everything in it. She did that just by being her sincere, genuine, beautiful self. That's an angel for real. So when you say things like she's different from the rest, and she's something special. I love hearing that shit! Cause seriously, I feel like everyone should be noticing this. Everyone should be hit as hard by her as you and I have been. But for some reason there's a lot of people that don't seem to see it. And that is so frustrating. Because I'm only trying to show them something that will have a profoundly positive effect on their life and fill so many of their days with joy and love. But people just think I'm fanboying after hopping on the Kpop bandwagon like a weirdo. But I know that it won't be too long before no one will be able to ignore her. She could do more for world peace than ghandi and John Lennon combined...without even trying. And I think she will.
