Honestly, it seems like a way better and less stressful experience than retail BDO. However, I don't want to lose my retail progress, and it would feel a bit like cheating to get tons of caphras and cron stones from events. I'm not even playing at the moment (I'm waiting for that "returning adventurer" status for the free rewards and value pack) but I'm still hesitant to swap over to GamezBD. Regardless of how ass cancer and aids retail BDO is to progress in, all of my achievements feel officially earned. When I got my first two PENs first try, it was amazing. If I achieved the same on GamezBD, it might feel a little bit like I cheated. Anyway, thanks for telling me about it. I'll mention it to my friends.
Odd question, will they ever re release old premium outfits that are no longer available? As a warrior I heard there was an event in the early days where they partnered with the anime berserk and u could get probably the best looking warrior outfit in game. I NEED THIS OUTFIT!!
No, this was a 1 time event and as far as i know it won't come back because the rights to implement this was a one time thing thanks to the studio in japan.
Damn I was seconds away from buying this game until I learned this wasn’t in it, honestly nothing else I’d spend hours playing the game for so really no point in buying it now because I’ll never get what want from the game.
does it have slightly better vfx like more red and black effects than normal? normal awakening vfx has a red prominent effect as well but there is a tint of orange which i cannot see in this clip
no im pretty sure it is the same tbh. The only effect you get is that the left eye glows red. (looks specialy nice in dark nights or areas). Also with the new update when succession comes out, all awakenings will get updated effects too.
