Please explain what the Air Quality numbers represent. For instance, I've been running mine for 30 hours and the number is always between 3 and 5. What does that mean? Is there an optimal number? I'm used to machines that tell you the quality in percentages -- like 40% clean, or 100% clean. I don't understand what your numbers mean. Thank you in advance.
I just purchased one. Excited to get it. But, disappointed. It makes no difference in the air smell or quality I used it in. The room is around 400ft. The purifier says it works in a 1000ft room so it should have been fine. I guess I am going to send it back.
why cant anyone tell use square foot for this model? i cant buy it if i dont know if it will cover 300 sf. so frustrating. and website does not give out that info nor does amazon. i realize it varies, but I'm sure you can tell us to use in a room no large rthat..........

How often should filter be changed. I vacuum the metal part of filter every month
