@@automn5667 The architecture and atmosphere is amazing, that I agree with. It's the plague, the no technology, no medicine, not much of a middle class, those sort of things I think would be... problematic.
It's a pretty sickening moment how you're compelled to actually kill him in the end, if your Chaos is high enough, to prevent him from alerting the guards; and if his body falls into the water, he is eaten apart by hagfish
