What transition from which editing program are you using to blend Shot A to Shot B?

I'm using Premiere Pro to edit them. I didn't use any transitions, just a a speed ramp at the tail end of Shot A and the beginning of Shot B. I have a video explaining how you can do this while editing on your phone too: ruclips.net/video/X89XrYkWpsg/видео.html
