Lots of information being disseminated that should be behind closed doors and part of negotiations. I think Baron did a good job of articulating the "why" but try to stay away from the other stuff that should take place behind closed doors. Leverage is important and you want to keep that close to chest. Also, unless you are the only bidder, you are also disclosing information that can potentially benefit another buyer and give them greater leverage.
