That slow cooker next to the toaster is an absolute classic 😁 My mum and dad had the exact same one which they got as a wedding present in the late 80's!
Got the Ninja the first week it was released, basically it’s a mini oven, which can be placed anywhere, a full English breakfast you can do in the Ninja, dinners are great too, the person who invented this must be a billionaire by now, it saves energy time and washing up, last two Christmases I last used the oven, my oven is spotless👍🏻
How are they for chips? For the last 10 years I have used a conventional oil chip fryer. Fantastic chips but really messy to keep clean. Also not wise to use one after drinking. It stops you laughing when you slop a load of oil the temperature of lava down the front of your trousers. It's a bit like those medieval blokes you see in old films getting a a soaking from the castle ramparts and running around in circles. Hot doesn't really describe it.
For proper homemade chips the air fryer is ok but not amazing, nowhere near as good as a deep fat fryer. However, the air fryer cooks frozen chips out of a bag brilliantly, they suit me perfectly and healthier than the deep fat fried type.
The question in my house since we got the Ninja is "Can we air fry it?" The answer is usually yes! Sausages are ultra crispy, but you have to be careful you don't overdo it else they are a bit dry.
Love it hate it spread some marmite on the toast before putting the cheese on then melt the cheese personal tastes different I know but it just adds another dimension to it 👍

Air fryers are brilliant for cooking bacon. Work well for sausage also!

Air fryers cook well BUT they are such a pain to clean I don't use them anymore. The fat spits everywhere inside
