- Well the third flight I forgot to hit record!!! and in this one I dropped a wheel at take off!!!
Grub screw came out, already repaired!

The grub screw cam out and I lost a wheel on take off!

lol the fact that I get that and you saying it is showing our age...lol
I had that happen to mine in my driveway. You have to use lock tight on all screws, then it will be ok. The tomcat twin 80 has the same screw that follows the slot in gear
Yep did the same already repaired and ready to fly!!
Very lucky the wheel cam off on taxi as there would have been damage to the aircraft if it came off in flight and then trying to land, probaly would have had a scuffed up port wing and retrack ripped out, great flying and great landings.....jeff.
AGREED, at landing that would have been VERy bad.
If you didn't stay to the end, you missed it!
Yeah same idea as Walmart put the everyday items at the back of the store...lol
