As I have found to my cost, the best 2 days of owning a boat are the day you buy it and the day you get rid of it. The bit in between is just throwing large amounts of money into a hole in the surface of the water with more maintenance issues than a TVR or old carburetor based V12 Ferrari put together. 😁

Would like to ask you a question today if I may .
I have a 5 years spanish residency that expires in December 2025.
I bought a house in spain but had to go back to london for work reasons to be able to pay for the house .
I come to spain every six months for 2 to 4 weeks and planning to move there permanently by December this year 2024
Now I was wondering if I will have difficulties renewing my 5 years residency
Please let me know what you think and what are my options
