Alot of the high end hair products they recommend can b found at TJ Maxx for like half the price. They carry the Joico products which I love and the Macadamia hair product line there. They also carry Chi hair products. So go there first b4 you go to Ulta!

They have turned me into a product junkie frfr!!!! I find myself buying deep conditioners all the time and my hair loves it. It's stronger and growing now after being at a stand still for quite some time all bc I added deep conditioning to my routine. Btw shopping at ulta you get points when you shop and your points = money towards purchases which is great. I got a $50 pureology dc for $7 after using my points and they always have great sales. That's the best time to shop

I love kendra's look here. She has her hair in my favorite hair style, her necklace goes so nicely with her shirt... just perfect.
I "dust" the ends of my hair often and trim off the rough ends about every 2 months. I know that yall trim your hair twice a year. How do you trim only twice a year without the ends thinning/splitting upwards? Especially after flat ironing and wearing your hair down. Even though I baby my ends and my hair is almost always in a protective style, they begin to feel rough and need to be trimmed after a couple of months.
It could be your diet. I was having that issue then I realized I had low iron. I started eating iron rich foods and it helped.
safiya15 hi if you dont mind, what kinds of foods do you eat? Im very low in iron I try to eat more iron rich foods but I dont feel their working. Also how often do u eat them
_TrackIsLife hi there! Spinach and kale as well as other dark leafy greens are very rich in iron. You van also try adding more legumes to your diet. Also, beef is very rich in iron as well. I also take iron supplements as well. Hope this helps.
_TrackIsLife hi! As the other poster said spinach is awesome. I also try and eat fruits and nuts and cut out the refined sugar as much as I can. I also try to cook at least 5 days a week. Too much processed food can wreak havoc on your hair, skin and nails.
_TrackIsLife I also take liquid iron. My doctor approved it. I get mine from Walgreens. The body absorbs it faster than iron tablets.

Im obsessed with that Paul Mitchell Awapuhi line! I tried thier Keratin Intensive Treatment after I dyed my hair blonde and it got super damaged. After using it for the first time, my hair felt 20x better. I think im going to get the shampoo and conditioner that you guys got too! Great video

It has been my staple serum for the past couple of years on wet & dry hair. I prefer the Light (doesn't weight hair down) Adds shine, moisture & smells amazing! Can't straighten my hair without it!!!!!
The morrocan line truly is good! That deep conditioner is like silk for the hair. I've only used the brown top I gotta get the orange now lol

I looove you're videos ! 😍😍 I've been watching them every since I started going natural about 8 months ago. My question is , when do you know you need protein in your hair ?
If your hair is weak, brittle, breaking and shedding you definitely need some protein. Deep conditioning works well. If a dc says repair or restore that means protein based but be sure not to protein overload your hair. I had all 4 problems and after 2 months of deep conditioning once a week, it's down to a minimum. I bought some of these products and they have helped

I get my hair straightened like twice a year. Mostly because I don't want to pay $75 to get my hair done and my hair texture is really fine so it starts to curl from the slightest moisture.

so I did love the tresemme heat protectant ( red top) but I was at dollar general and they have a new cantu heat protectant I love it better bc it smells better and to me its a tad bit lighter..
What is your suggestion for a decent detangler? I'm looking for something that is more natural not so cheap like VO5 conditioners.
yes girls just got two of those tresemme heat strengthening protecting sprays today at Walgreens for $3.49on clearance so i had to grab two lol.
My local Ulta is way closer to me than any TJ Maxx that my local mall has so even though things are more expensive at Ulta the price in gas to go to TJ Maxx would thus make it way more expensive
That Joico conditioner is bomb…well I've only used the generic one at Sally's. Exact same ingredients at half the price lol
