    very informative video. It's sad that we have been duped into thinking that products grow hair. Products just aid the process to be smooth.

    Scalp health
    -Wash hair often but only according to what your hair can take and what it needs.
    -Wash scalp more than you wash strands
    -Oil scalp quickly after washing hair
    Strand health
    -Moisturize hair more than you shampoo
    -Use heat very wisely to prevent damage
    -Trim hair while it's stretched
    -Detangle hair carefully while it's mousturized.
    - Try a 3 monthw hair growth challenge to check the growth pattern in a controlled setting
    - Comb hair very patiently
    Body health
    - Do exercise to allow blood to circulate more
    - Eat good food
    - Reduce sugar to reduce the production of hair growth blockers

    Please do you use hot combs or how often can one use it

    • @divineofomaja
      @divineofomaja  Месяц назад

      I use heat sparingly, most of the time my blow dryer like (6-15 times a year). My flat iron is not as hot as some stylists' and my hair is full, hence the reason why when I'm done with the whole head of hair, some parts are shrunken. That's why you'll see me wear twists or braids majority of the time. Regarding time, I flatiron my hair 2-3 times every two years not deliberately but unconsciously and since my strands are thin it keeps health in check. ✨

    • @Alheri-means-grace
      @Alheri-means-grace Месяц назад

      @@ChiChiN248 It's better to when the hair is dry and stretched.
      That way, most hair strands are easily seen and not hidden ( due to shrinkage).✨

      @@divineofomaja That's nice. Same here, it's now 8 years growing my natural hair, and I have no length to show. It has been a roller coaster journey and i did everything out there you can think of. What you are saying is the truth. As for me, it has to be genetics, the HBP meds i take. My hair is thin and fine, low density.

  • @ChiChiN248
    @ChiChiN248 Месяц назад

    1. Never comb your hair without moisturizing your hair with water, conditioner, or hair cream.
    2. Body health is more important than genetics.
    3. Gestation period for hair growth is at least 3 months.
