I’m suffering Heel pain caused by numbness brought on by a impinged sciatica nerve as a result of a L5-S1 Herniated Disc. I had a Laminectomy & Diskectomy performed 4-weeks ago, I wonder can the heel numbness/pain eventually subside? Can gabapentin “mask” the symptoms? What can I look into about trying to address this issue? I keep being told, it can take anywhere from 6-months to 1-year & 6 months for the impinge sciatica nerve to heal Currently just browsing google & RUclips about foot/heel numbness and stumbled upon your videos Thank you for your time
