I'm not sure how it would feel for all your hard work to have so much attention nearly a full decade after you first made it public. I can only guess it's a bittersweet feeling, knowing that so many people would've enjoyed your work but all it took was them needing to know it existed somehow. Either way man, this is so good. 2012 simply wasn’t ready for this banger. This remix not only stays faithful to the original, but incorporates the signature quirks and finesse of the Genesis sound-chip. Amazing work.
Amazing!! Just goes to show the Genesis's Yamaha sound chip could work wonders with the right composers.
Agreed, seeing Capcom back in 1993 handling the Genesis music chip is one of my dreams ...

My favorite MMX cover is the Power Rangers Theme, my favorite 8-bit cover is Chemical Plant Zone I made a while ago and my favorite Genesis cover is Storm Owl from MMX4 !

Another fantastic master piece seriously, this channel is a lost gem.
This really is one of the sickest remixes of anything I've ever listened to in my life. It really stays true to the original but expands on all those dopamine delivering bits so hard. It's not easy to enhance a song that was already perfect in a soundtrack that was "Oops! All Bangers," but that did not impede you in the slightest.

This remix goes hard man. Absolutely amazing
I'm not a huge MegaMan fan myself. I love megaman and all of its glory. Same with Sonic. But. The best part about the times where it was bits that played music JUST RIGHT. This is an example of that. Not only this music was HD, AHEAD of its time, and Underrated for a Sega Genesis cover in 2012. But this is combining a Similar and yet so different music types together. The Keys were SPOT ON, The beat drops were sick, the Solos were AMAZING, And with MegaMan X having one of the BEST Osts in Capcom history (at least in my opinion). You managed to turn it from that, into THIS. The Sega Genesis also had BANGERS as well, So this was the perfect fit. I will have to say. You earned my respect and a 10/10 on this. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work. This must've took you a long time to make years back.

I really love this arrangement. The original is good, but the instrumentation in this makes it feel like there is so much more energy to it.
That's the advantage of choosing any instrument you want from the genesis without console limitations in mind !

Storm Eagle was the first maverick I ever defeated back in 2017 when I was in 9th grade, and since then, Mega Man X has been my favorite game series of all time. Love this remix, as well as your No Console Limitations remixes

This is so fucking awesome.. The mmx series music was so held back by the snes's sound chip.. Didn't realize how bad ass it would sound on genesis chip. Gens chip is definitely more suited towards dirty bass and guitar while snes makes good use of big concert band instruments. (final Fantasy series, chrono trigger is a good example)

I have so many mixed opinions about Genesis, SNES and more systems.
That's why every time people ask me which one I like the most, I say "all of them", cause every style has its own thing.

I just cant wrap my head around how you get all the notes of every song spot on. I play guitar in a metalcore band, i cant do leads or anything fancy, but im really tight on rhythm. :/
I use tabs and midi files to have an idea.
and playing lead guitar takes time, I can play fancy leads but I SUCK playing chords, I guess you can't have both when you have been playing for less than 10 years xD
