I’ve been using Brainzyme and I’m very happy, after watching you I’m thinking about to add to my diet the Thrive from Vivo. I wonder if you ever come across with Grenade, the caffeine supplement. Don’t think it’s a nootropic, but it’s used before gym. Do you have any comments on that? Great video, great content!
@@krisnatagoras Glad to hear! Brainzyme is a name I think we will hear more of over time, and they've got a great bunch of products at a great price tbh. Would highly highly recommend Thrive, like I said in the video, it's a daily staple part of my diet & will be for many years. Especially during these times, making sure things like Vit D intake is on point is really important. Lemme know what you think if you do try it out. Re: Grenade no I haven't tried it but will check it out. Hello! I am new to the channel and to nootropics. I am trying to gather as much information as possible before buying and would like to ask 2 questions. How many capsules you take per day and how long have you been consuming nootropics? Thanks in advance!
@Keshav 👏🏾👏🏾Bravo for doing this Video. Branzyme sent me your video as I'm one of their customer. Honestly, I must say, I enjoyed watching your reviews on all the supplements, but Branzyme is my favourite of them all, as it's the only company, I happened to take a chance on ,when I was looking for something to help me focus on my day to day lifestyle. Especially because I have a precious little boy that is so energetic and needing my attention constantly and oooh boy, trying out Focus Elite has been a game changer and I have never looked back. So thank you for taking time to tell others about this amazing Supplements. By the way, you mentioned Viva supplement, you're taking it religiously 😅..are you also taking it together with Branzyme focus Elite?
Thanks for sharing! Yep I still take Thrive by Vivolife on a daily basis. The main reason is it's my overall gut health/vitamin stack and from a reputable company with high quality ingredients as well as it being plant based. I haven't been taking Brainzyme of late simply because I've run out and I'm on an off cycle where I'm not taking any specific Nootropic stack - mainly it's just a cup of black coffee/yerba mate. I still love Brainzyme Elite though so everything I said in this video stands and they are fine to take together for most people. I will do an update on this video in due course as of the products, industry & my own knowledge have evolved since I made this!
Good man for showing the backside of the Qualia bottle. Many other RUclipsrs would have overlooked this important detail. But lets agree there is little value to that bottle when one needs to take 7 caps to equal those dosages. I suggest for many start going the bulk powder avenue. By the end your video the impression is You are Product pushing Sell Out.
It's a shame that you're only reviewing propreitary brands, the video quality is amazing and I'd like to see it directed towards individual nootropic compounds.
@@keshavbx 100% would be more valuable than the these all in one stacks. I am going to go ahead and say all these stacks are valuable but when you hear that someone doesn't like any individual brand how do you narrow down the problem. my 0.02
Qualia Mind is $240 per month (after the first bottle). You had mentioned In the video that Qualia Mind was 7 capsules per day and that 1 bottle will last about 1 month.. The label on the bottle on the website, says that the dosage is 7 tablets, but only 15 servings per container.. that would be 2 bottles/month, which makes it crazy expensive at $240/month. I would think that would make it a 0 on your scale of affordability.
I think I replied to a similar question elsewhere but just coming back to this - the dosage states 7 tablets, and I took 5 instead. And not everyday but 4/5 days max out of the week. Thereby allowing a bottle to last that bit longer. In addition I used codes + subscribe & save to bring the cost down and I usually wait for one of their seasonal sales etc to buy. That said, you're right and I wish they were more affordable as their stuff is really good. Hope this helps and thank you for watching
@@keshavbx Yeah, I didn't read back through all the Q&A to see if that question had been asked yet.. there's a lot of Q&A. Thank you for your response.
I did try those yes, I assume you mean for Neurohacker Collective? The sleep one was really good, I remember having very vivid dreams when taking it and sleeping well - it has 400 mg of Magnesium which is great for sleep and well evidenced. The focus formula is also good, and caffeinated. I don't take it since I just like having coffee + Qualia Mind, but if I ran out of coffee or was in a rush or something, I still take it on occasion. Hope this helps!
I enjoyed your video as an aging woman that struggles with brain fog, memory recall and focus I learned so much. My question is this, I have several children in college 5 out of 7 currently 35-18. Two of them are 5 out of 7 days a week Marijuana users. I was looking to purchase extra bottles for them but in another article it said there was danger in taking these and smoking weed, Do you have any comment regarding that or suggestions? they are 22 and 34 females. Thank you for the knowledge and help in choosing a good nootropic for me and my family.
Fair point but in all honesty - signing up to the affiliate program is how I can find a better deal for you. Which was my main motivation - how can I reduce the cost for my viewers since some (Qualia) are really pricey. This video or these nootropic affiliate programs are like 0.1% of how I make my money so it's not really enough of a thing to sway my opinions. If anything it's been more interesting to me to see which of the ones I listed here are the "consumers choice". I.e - Which one do people actually buy given what I share in the video? I totally understand your scepticism and I think it's a healthy/valid thing to have. We have a lot of BS on here and I've made my best attempt to try and rank and rate fairly; hopefully that does come across to you and others. Would it make it seem more "objective" if I removed all the affiliate links? Maybe. Would you save money if I removed all the codes? What should I do instead? (Genuine question - lmk what you think 🤔). Take what I said here that's helpful, discard whatever isn't and then add your own bits in. And if you don't want me to get a kickback, np - use the free "honey chrome extension" to find other codes out there to save a few bucks. Hope this clarifies things and best of luck!!! Thanks for adding something valuable to the discussion.
@@keshavbx this is one of the most professional responses to criticism I’ve seen on RUclips. Applause to you for taking the time to write up this response. Thank you for providing clarity on the matter as I do notice the honesty in this response. I will leave my original comment just so people can see your response. Again thank you for being courteous and professional. Well done! Also, in terms of suggestions for the affiliate links, I would leave them as is seeing as they are not so much of an incentive for compensation as I had previously thought
I take Qualia mind and mind lab pro alternating it every other day. So far, I like them both but I can’t differentiate their differences as I am alternating it. Maybe I should try Qualia for a month to see the long term benefits
I think I mentioned it in the video, but what I do is take a few less tablets and only 3-4 days of the week. Up to you though of course, and a few things I've tried to save money (a) sign up for subscribe & save so you get more discount (you can literally cancel straight away anyway if you want so there's no harm, just don't forget to) (b) use codes online, I shared one here or you can use honey chrome extension (c) they often have seasonal sales and things so sign up to their email list and they do run offers quite often. Hope this helps and definitely agree, that its super pricey unfortunately.
I agree. I took Brainzyme Pro when I was slightly hungover and tired and it did work a bit, but not as well as if I’d had a full night sleep and no alcohol the night before
Hey man thx for the through review. Any thoughts on Primal Mind Fuel by Primal Harvest? It’s my first nootropic and intro to nootropics and surprised to not see it featured in your list. Mainly bc I did a Google search on most popular nootropics and PMF was one that came up among a few others listed in your video. How do you rate PMF against some of the recommendations you have. Would very much appreciate your opinion on the product.
Do any of these cause bad breath? My experience with most poly herbal blends cause horrific breath. Please let me know before I purchase. I’m thinking of Qualia and the Focus Elite. 👍 Thank you Keshav

Hello. I found your channel by going down a rabbit hole researching noocube. Noocube is also a nootropic. I see that you don’t have a review on it. Will it be possible to do one? I’m curious what your thoughts on. I really like your reviews.
Sure. I'll check it out and add it to my list for the next video like this in 2022! There's so many brands and products out there, so deffo wanna research them to help you make an informed choice 😊

No improvement in memory what so ever, i keep forgetting and also presence of mind is also not improved. Brain processing the information is also not improved. I guess its too early to see the results. I will try focus lab medicines and see what my results are
How did it work out for you after the first month? I’m just about to finish my first month of mind lab pro and I’m not really impressed as it’s not working very well
Makes sense. You definitely could do that yeah! You would still benefit from the compound effect of taking it over time as well for optimal brain health & nutrition.
@@keshavbx thanks, just trying to justify the £79.00 cost, would consider if the supply could be stretched out to 2 months. Is the stuff that good ? I noticed usually it is entrepreneur types who give it rave reviews, which makes me skeptical. Your site seems genuine though.
@@christofinb Nothing is ever gonna be a magic bullet IMO. What matters most is always gonna be your mindset, work ethic and adherence to your goals. For me this is that extra 5% boost to help aid those things. Let's say it's still a placebo effect, if it helps nudge me in a positive direction, has little to no downside and some evidence then I'm always down to try it and see. Equally peoples physiologies work in different ways so one nootropic might work better than another. Hope this helps. I genuinely have no vested interest in what you choose. Only that your choice is informed in the best way possible!
@@keshavbx thanks for the advice I very much appreciate it. I ordered some from Amazon and got them today. I think they’ll suit my lifestyle and if they don’t work as a nootropic at least they are a good health supplement to take at a low dose, some vitamins are really expensive and there are quite a lot of them in these.
Hi brother 🙏 Could you please suggest me a single medication for my anxiety which i feel before exams. It's like poop anxiety. It's like i think that i would not be able to run for help during the exam 3 hours and what if i poop. Please suggest a good supplement for this anxiety situation. PS- it's not exam anxiety it's poop one.
I haven't no. You can get ingredients individually from your local health store, or even Amazon. Just be sure to check the company is legit and the ingredients are of high quality. That's why I prefer some of the known brands tbh.
I had a quick look and unfortunately that's a supplement I wouldn't be able to take myself. From what I can see it has a lot of anyhdrous caffeine at a dosage that might be quite high for some people (295mg). The fact that it's not clear and hidden behind a "blend" raises some doubts for me, as I don't know how much L-Theanine, Caffeine it specifically contains. For me, I try to only ever max consume 250mg of caffeine in a single day or serving (and that's only if I'm doing a workout right after consumption). I see the PM one contains Melatonin which isn't really that necessary for sleep - check out the wonderful Huberman Lab podcast on sleep for more on this though. Hope this helps, and this is just some thoughts based on a quick glance, you should 100% do more research into it and what would specifically be best for you. I'm gonna do another video soon in 2023/late 2022 on this so keep an eye out for that too.
It contains Gelatine, so I wouldn't be able to take that, but a quick google tells me there's probably better products out there. As ever though, your mileage will vary
Don't know load about it but a quick google tells me - avoid, unless specifically prescribed to you by a medical health professional. It's best to avoid any pharmaceutical products for a number of reasons. The foremost being the lack of quality control and behavioural change being the most impactful (and sustainable) thing we can do. Supplements are only a small piece of the puzzle of building focus, discipline etc.
It honestly depends on a few factors. Personally I'd get some bloodwork done first, so you know which things you might be low in (B12, D3, Omega etc) and tailor my supplements around that - for that reason, I really like Thrive Multi, since it has probiotics in, it's vegan and the company (Vivolife) also do a lot of heavy metal testing to make sure it's really high quality ingredients. In terms then of the ones I mentioned in this video, Qualia Mind for me is the stand out in terms of being a well rounded, good quality nootropic stack. Obviously your mileage may vary though so see how you go and try testing them out. Hope this helps & best of luck!

@@niccaevangelista6135 In that case I'd recommend starting with Mind Lab Pro since it's caffeine free and not as pricey as say, Qualia Mind. Hope this helps - I'd love to hear how it goes Nicca!
What I find so Ironic about videos like these is that they promote products that allegedly boost brain function. I actually bought into these reviews and purchased a product. I bought Qualia mind. I opened it as soon as I received the package and took the recommended dosage. While drinking down my tablets with water I was reading the information on the bottle and to my surprise, there is a warning that says Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine. So in other words, Qualia Mind contains Aspartame. Why the heck would a product like this contain an unnatural chemical derived from toxic substances? Even if it is in the slightest miniscule amount. Why? Aspartame is poison to the human natural body. You promote this?

Probably Qualia Night which I didn't cover here, but I'd need to explore that a bit more.

Have you looked into Erinamax tablet liquid culture lion's mane mycelium? What are your thoughts on the science behind this product?
Love this video! Which one would you say would be good for a 14yo? Thanks!
Don’t know how much to trust him. All the “best” nootropics are in the description with a coupon code… he gets a kickback sooo perhaps some bias?
Excelente video bro fue de gran ayuda!
I take Qualia mind and mind lab pro alternating it every other day. So far, I like them both but I can’t differentiate their differences as I am alternating it. Maybe I should try Qualia for a month to see the long term benefits
Did you do this and what did you experience?
@@GeniusDubstep I hate no response it reminds me of bots who isn't on there phone at least 1 time a day lol
I just looked up Qualia-not 'about a month', try 15 days for the bottle I looked at,
I think I mentioned it in the video, but what I do is take a few less tablets and only 3-4 days of the week.
Thanks for the review, never too late since im entering retirement soon.id love to know what missed in life....starting over
I'm gonna try Brainzyme, I'll post back here with my thoughts.
Did anything happen?
We still waiting??
#insight
The thing I learned is: to have better concentration I need to have full hours of sleep.
Excellent content yet again! Love this guys videos!
Do any of these cause bad breath? My experience with most poly herbal blends cause horrific breath. Please let me know before I purchase. I’m thinking of Qualia and the Focus Elite. 👍
Thank you Keshav
No haven't had anything like that 😊
Is this good if I have adhd
..THANKYOU FOR SHARING THIS 🌻🌻🌻🌻⭐⭐⭐⭐Where do I order this and which would be the best proper site ???
You can find the relevant links in the description. As to which site, really depends which one you want to try for yourself.
@@keshavbx Thanyou I find this very interesting as a 55 year old woman I'm starting my own Business and came across your video. You describe everything so well and easy to understand.

Can you do a review about Brain Smart?
Thank you so much! I look forward to it.
Can you cover bright brain - absolute focus ?
Qualia mind = 139$
💀
Can ashwagandha or mind lab pro lower inhibitions and boost confidence
Nice video. Got a question though.
For instance with the Brain smart theirs to types one for focus and to memory. Is it safe to take both?
You mean for Brainzyme?
Thanks nice video 👌
After watching this video I've changed my view on nootropics and I would like to try it out myself and boost my memory and focus #insight
Which is the best for remembering and reading?
Mind Pro lab - i used it for a month or so....my focus has improved however, at times i get irritated when i get disturbed by other people. No improvement in memory what so ever, i keep forgetting and also presence of mind is also not improved. Brain processing the information is also not improved. I guess its too early to see the results. I will try focus lab medicines and see what my results are
How did it work out for you after the first month? I’m just about to finish my first month of mind lab pro and I’m not really impressed as it’s not working very well
Thanks for the video, very useful. Can I ask would one really need to take 7 per day of Qualia Mind ? Just for budget reasons ?
@@christofinb You're welcome. Best of luck and let us all know how it goes!
Thanks!!!!!
Hi brother 🙏
Could you please suggest me a single medication for my anxiety which i feel before exams. It's like poop anxiety.
It's like i think that i would not be able to run for help during the exam 3 hours and what if i poop.
Please suggest a good supplement for this anxiety situation.
PS- it's not exam anxiety it's poop one.
My exams are approaching and your videos helped me alot to stay focused
Thank you!

which nootropics helped you?
What about Gameface Nootropics ?
What would you recommend for adult ADHD and anxiety?
Qualia mind
I'm better with Brainzyme Elite (2 caps) and a cup of Matcha tea. ADHD diagnosed. Qualia mind: not yet tested.
Hi Keshav, have you tried Game onn from Onnor?
Where can I get the individual ingredients?
I haven't no. You can get ingredients individually from your local health store, or even Amazon. Just be sure to check the company is legit and the ingredients are of high quality. That's why I prefer some of the known brands tbh.
Curious about Brainzyme, it doesn’t contain Alpha GPC which j thought was a key ingredient? Any insight on that? Thx!
Can you do a review on 1stPhorm’s MasterBrain AM and PM?
Can you do a review on Absolute Focus by Bright Brian ,thanks if you do .
It contains Gelatine, so I wouldn't be able to take that, but a quick google tells me there's probably better products out there. As ever though, your mileage will vary
What you think about picamilon
Don't know load about it but a quick google tells me - avoid, unless specifically prescribed to you by a medical health professional. It's best to avoid any pharmaceutical products for a number of reasons. The foremost being the lack of quality control and behavioural change being the most impactful (and sustainable) thing we can do. Supplements are only a small piece of the puzzle of building focus, discipline etc.
I see the qualia mind on amazon is it the same as the one on your link?
I would assume so. Just check the seller is "Neurohacker Collective" or something like that.
Hey Keshav which nootropic would you recommend for a pro athlete?
How about setu mind focus?
Haven't tried it personally but looks like it's got some decent things in it - L-Theanine & Ashwagandha for example.

Which one do you recommend most? For a first timer🙋🏻♀️
Depends. Do you drink much coffee?☕
Once in a while. If I drink too much I get easily palpitated.
@@niccaevangelista6135 In that case I'd recommend starting with Mind Lab Pro since it's caffeine free and not as pricey as say, Qualia Mind. If you wanted to try one with caffeine, you could go for Brainzyme Elite or Qualia Mind - but just take half the recommended dose at the start and see how you respond to it. Hope this helps - I'd love to hear how it goes Nicca!

Where can I get qualia mind in india
have you tried Cognetics?
@Keshav, I really liked your coffee mug. Anywhere I can find it?
Which mug?
Which one is good ?
This was my first command
For 2024 list please
Alpha brain is the only nootropic i knew of before this... how would you rate alpha brain on your scale?
