I spend many hours just taking in the beautiful land, horses and news from Mr. Winn about the latest adoptions. I am fond beyond words of the Roans. Beautiful. I appreciate being able to feel like I am right in the pens. The way all the horses are treated with respect is I feel the answer to their wanting to be perfect. Love the old black mare.
But then again, I admire the Roan foals also. Linda from Texas.

I saw spurs and all kinds of cool old west Stuff. It was all going down in value. It’s crap!!! Hensons axe head is amazing! Is that worth anything or is it just lost history? When I say worth something, I mean a couple thousand. Ps! I’m an Indiana corn farmer! We find arrowheads after most fall tillage. Just think this stuff is important

When branding the horses it seems they barely touch the foals with the branding iron. When branding the calves it seems they hold the iron to them a bit longer. Why is that? My first thought might be the thickness of the hair and hide of the horse vs the cow.

Looks like you guys are a horse farm, for that many horses, "cowboys need to be good climbmers" reality until it gets too much for him..lol. I used to climb on gates quite often, and sometimes still do if needed, but most time nowadays I don't I open gates..lol. "things don't ever go smoothly on a ranch" reality your right we only have a small scale farm and things hardly go easy, when you thought it would, unexpectedly it doesn't. But it's like where am from "if framing was easy, everyone would do it" if it was easy to get everything done before the rain, before the snow, wouldn't have unexpected moments to happen to deal with last minute, if framing wasn't a gamble as in was easy than everyone would do it. But I guess that's the difference between framers and city folks..lol. like they say "city folks just don't get it". Inerways good video.👍 p,s lovely looking horses❤.
