    Salt - 1 tbsp (for the pasta)
    Spaghetti - 300g
    Olive oil - 15ml
    Onion (julienned) - 1pc
    Shallot (minced) - 2pcs
    Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
    Chopped tomato - 1 can (400g)
    Pasta water - 2 lades (about 250ml)
    Chili flake - 1 tsp (optional)
    Paprika - 1 tsp
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Unsalted butter - 15g
    Black pepper - 1 tsp (optional)
