What is it gonna take for people like them to understand.? There’s a sign telling them not to touch the reins, the first guard told them not to touch them on 3 separate occasions, and then the police told them. After all of that they walk over to the other guard and try to do it again. At this point they are causing a disturbance and all 3 of them should be arrested, charged, and kept in a cell for a few hours.
