As a former American soldier who operated in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria etc. I’ve never thought I’d want to visit these Islamic countries again because of my experience. You and other Vlogger’s have done a tremendous job educating the world outside. I’ve never been to Saudi Arabia, now I’m thinking about a visit. Looks beautiful and the people are welcoming. Ty and keep up the good work🤙🏾
Welcome to Saudi Arabia! By the way as Arabs coming from one race but we have our differences just like the Asian people so what you saw in Iraq/Syria/Afghanistan unfortunately were operated by ISIS not the people of the land, so what you saw in these countries was ISIS rules but i assure you Iraq/Syria/Afghanistan these countries have beautiful cultures just like other nations but because of ISIS specially and iran generally these countries are getting swapped out of the map. Now in Saudi Arabia we have a lot of our brothers from these countries living with us and we would hope one day they get back to their countries to live in pace. The point i want to tell you the middle east you are seeing are not caused by islam law because this and islam repudiates them because islam is not extreme but peaceful and this is why the GCC countries are having the most Permanent stable safety in the Middle East.

I was only in Jeddah for a day, 10 years ago, and didn't get a chance to see anything because of work. I've only heard good things about it from the locals here, except for the traffic. (I've heard it is even crazier than Riyadh, but I find that really hard to believe lol) I'd leave tonight from Riyadh if we were allowed to travel. Looking forward to the next video!

Got your video in my recommendations 💞. And am glad that I've pressed to watch, cuz your vlogs are honestly really enjoyable 🙊🌝💞. Am actually packing my bag because I just got a message few hours ago that I'll be on the evacuation plane heading back from Dublin to Saudi tomorrow 🙊. The edge of the world reminds me of Cliffs of Moher (minus the ocean& green plus a lot of sand)... Not that I've seen either in person 😂🌚🙊. I've been in Ireland for 5 years now and I haven't been to the cliffs of Moher *crying at the corner in shame*. You've mentioned you're from Kerry 💚💛👀🌝, from where in Kerry? 👀 I've spent one academic year in Tralee - sadly I've also missed the rose of Tralee festival 😔😢🌚- but I've been to Killarney (which is just amazing 😍❤️)
Also, I've personally considered visiting Southern Saudi (cuz I've never been there before) cuz it's just 😍❤️from what I've seen in some videos, particularly Jazan... Though non of my family really wants to come along 🌚
I missed jeddah, I born and raised in Saudi Arabia. I left jeddah 2008 to 🇨🇦 but right now after I watched your vlog omg I wish if I can get a job as medical laboratory assistant in any hospital and live in jeddah again.

Hi Erica! Of course! So I went over there myself but I had someone to hang out with every day there, either my tour guide/tour group or my friend Dana and her friends who I connected with on Instagram so I was never really alone on my trip. This made it so much more enjoyable as I knew what I was doing every day and who I was going to be with. I think that’s important when planning out your trip ☺️

Sometimes, a lot of guests arrived. The Prophet would give all of the food he had to them and he and his family would spend the night hungry. He would wake up at night and asked his guests if they needed anything. He tried to meet all of their needs until they left.
Once, a guest arrived. He said he was very tired and poor.
The Prophet Muhammad(peace and blessings be upon Him)sent somebody to the house of one of his wives. His wife said,
_"O Messenger of Allah! I swear by Allah who sent you as the true Prophet that there is nothing but water at home."_
Then, he sent for another wife of his. She gave the same response. Finally, he found out that there was no food in any of his wives’ homes.
Then, the Prophet said to the Companions,
_"May Allah show mercy to the person who entertains this man tonight!"_
Thereupon, somebody from Ansar stood up. He said he could entertain that man and took him to his house. He asked his wife,
"Is there anything to eat at home?" She said,
"Only the food for the children." He said,
"Keep children busy with something. If they want to eat, make them sleep. When the guest starts to eat, turn off the lamp and we will pretend to eat with him."
They sat at the table. The guest ate the meal. They pretended to eat but they spent the night hungry.
The host went to the Prophet Muhammad(peace and blessings be upon him)in the morning. The Prophet gave him the following glad tiding:
_"Allah became pleased with both of you due to the nice deed you did."_
We have the word hospitality in our language. It is a tradition and sunnah that still exists to love guests, to entertain them, to give them food and drink and to meet their needs. The source of it is the Prophet’s advice and encouragement.
To love the guest and to entertain him is a sign and indicator of belief. The stronger a person’s belief, the better he will treat his guest.
According to the narration of Abu Hurayra(May Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet Muhammad(peace and blessings be upon him)said:
_"He who believes in Allah and the Day of Judgment should offer food to his guest."_
_"He who believes in Allah and the Day of Judgment should take care of his relatives."_
_"He who believes in Allah and the Day of Judgment should say good things or keep silent_
