Near Hanover are Lyme, Orford, Grantham, same advantages, far more affordable. Missing entirely are lovely towns of New London, Sunapee, and Newbury. NH has dozens of unexplored gems worthy of consideration.
This is my 8th video I’ve watched about NH and not one of them talks about Derry Ik my town doesn’t have tourist attractions bot it’s a nice place to live and all the schools are close to each other i just want one video with Derry NH on the list 😐
Come on everyone! As someone who went to Dartmouth in the 1950s, and has been in and around the state many times, it is a great place. Choose the town or city you prefer. Check out the churches in your denomination. And once you move in, attend political rallies of your choice, to meet those you agree with. And, by all means get in your car and drive through the White Mountains and around the lakes. It is a shame that the Old Man of the Mountain has collapsed, but no harm in driving by the spot where he was. Thank you for screening.
It's vey misleading when they throw around terms like "typical", "average" and median". Median is a math terms indicating the sited figure is "in the middle" meaning half the numbers are about this and half are below. So a "median" cost of a home being, say, $450,000 just means half the homes cost below $450,000 and half cost above $450,000. Media and average, better said as "mean" are not the same.
Obviously posted by someone who knows very little about their subject matter ! As a long-time native and (former) resident of Manchester, I can assure you this OP knows little about my state, so such folks should limit/restrict their postings to a subject they may actually know something about, rather than posting stupid blunders or mis-information !
What a joke. It is an advertisement to people who want to leave Boston. 10 thru 2 are within 50 miles of Boston and number 1 is right next to an Ivy League College Town.
Truly spoken like someone who has never visited NH. A 3 bedroom house in Portsmouth is going for over 1 million at this point. 😂
N.H. is not a few miles from the Canadian border...IT BORDERS CANADA. ..IT IS ADJACENT TO CANADA...WE ARE NEIGHBORS SHARING THE BORDER....

Right from the get go: No, Hollis is not "just to the east of Nashua." It is to the west of Nashua. No need to listen to anything after that.

It depends on your definition of best.

Cited, not sited. Median, not media. 🤣🙄
Your formulaic approach is really exposed with your #1 Hanover, and no mention of Dartmouth.
So they show the Most expensive places in NH??? Not the best!!
This is horrible. A few miles from the Canadian border??? It is at the Canadian border. And it gets worse. Yuck!!!
hollis represent
Property taxes are some of the HIGHEST in the nation!!!! More eat up the savings from lack of other taxes!!
Seems like you only looked at the southern part of the state.
how is it to live in Nashua as an international student
What are the actual towns like?
Hollis is WEAT of Nashua
LFOD !
Where are the least diverse areas in New Hampshire?
No northern NH towns. Sad.
Great info but way over cost for working people
They covered 10 high end towns...I guess best towns...if you're a millionaire !!
So this is just a guide for rich people to buy property? Realized there was no mentioned of Charlestown, Claremont, or Nashua.
Any recommendations? Thanks
👍👍👍👍

🤣🤣🖐the AI robot voice is such a nice human touch (although it struggles with the English language and grammar!)🤣🤣 yikes.
This is stunningly inaccurate and amateurishly scripted.
Like I'm going to trust a foreign BOT telling me where to live.
Bogus list.
