OMG! Get some wireless mics! I had to turn the sound all the way up and then got blown out of my chair when you played the music. Thumbs up despite the learning curve. Great video. We didn't get to see the sealing process on the concrete that you poured for Mike and Melissa Morgan, I would think it was exactly like this. Nice looking job for both sites.
Good advice from Mr. Haus: "Don't forget the gator grip in the sealer for traction." I know a guy who recently resealed his own stamped concrete and chose to pass on the gator grip. With the right shoes (or wrong shoes if your balance is insufficient) his sidewalk and patio are like a summer time ice skating rink after a little bit of rain. Cookout parties are going to have a bit of pizzazz this year.
Hey Tom, Nice job on the cleaning and reseal. You really brought it back to life. How about a housekeeping note. You need a portable mic clipped to your t-shirt. The further you get from your camera the harder it is to hear you. Makes your videos less enjoyable if we can't hear what you're saying.
Your videos are great... very interesting, buy the music was too loud. Huge difference between talking and music volume. I had to turn the volume down each time the music comes on.
I wish I could find someone to do a good job like you do in the UK. Problem is when you get businesses to quote for resealing they all want the work and cut their quote right back to get the job but then do a job to match the quote. This despite me explaining that I want a quality job done. It's interesting that you use xylene as part of the process over here I think its acrylic based . Although I have had people come round to quote and suggest that they use Silicone based systems but with these I have never been confident that they knew what they were doing.
thats a high gloss sealer.is that what you use on all your stamped concrete ?or is their a non gloss one and have you showed that already.im having a pool done next week and we are thinking of sealing it ourselves
Great video except for your sound levels. you need a remote mic. on you. So when you go to the music us poor people that use head phones don't loose our hearing.. other than that your doing good. also loved the job you did for Mike Morgan beautiful !!!
I’m glad to see your new videos, and that you switched to landscape mode for this one. You might want to also consider using a wireless Mic so we can hear you better. Take a look at Kens Karpentry videos to see the wireless Mic he uses. I think he films everything with an iPhone.
You should be able to especially if there is no sealer on the floor already. Use a little bit extra gator grip because the sealer itself will make it slippery as well. Hope this helps!
curious, what is the life of the shine to the colored concrete before it reverts to dull look it had before the xylene/xylol,cheers, personally i think it looks good for being put down so long ago
Hi Mark, we recommend for new concrete applying a coat for the first and second year and then start skipping 1 to 2 years. For older concrete about every three years, a fresh coat of sealer should keep that shine.
Every time I see a new video, I wished I lived 20 minutes closer. :-) I need to have this done to our patio. Looks beautiful.
Wow, you transformed that patio into a thing of beauty! Love your channel....it's educational, fun to watch, and very inspirational. Thanks!
Outdoor with the Morgans fan here. Thanks for the video and information. I am do to reseal my stamped concrete so this is great.
Can learn a lot by watching your videos, thanks again.
That is quite the mansion. Balcony looks sturdy!
Nice Job!
Mike, are you going to seal your concrete after your pour coming up? Another video perhaps? Would like to see your results as well.
Great job for your initial few RUclips videos. Love watching the process you use.

Great video with good content. Thanks for sharing......1 suggestion, turn the music down a notch or two.
Tom Tom.....I keep having to adjust my volume when you got from your narration to the MUSIC....Mike Morgan says Hi.
Cheers from San Francisco
Hey Tom......Pro Tip: Invest in some wireless mics
It'll take the audio in your videos to the next level and make them way more enjoyable to watch.
I believe those along with some better cameras have been ordered 👍🏻
@@GunpowderandFreedom Great....Looking forward to seeing and hearing those results Steve!! Digging the channel so far💪

Looks brand new! Great job!
Great video Tom👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Looks great. Just in time. I need to do that to my Patio. 👍🏼
Love your work. Just a thought the music is a bit loud compared to your voice. I wish you where in my location though.
God bless you and your family
Beautiful work & informative. Thank you.

GREAT JOB! YOU MY FRIEND! KNOW YOUR CONCRETE!
Nice job! You gave me some ideas about sealing my concrete which was never sealed last September. I hope I’m not too late. Thanks for the tips too.
I used your suggestion to poured some stain out of a 5 gal bucket and it worked great. Thanks for the info.
Nice job it looks awesome. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.
Nice job! Thx for the knowledge
Subscribed after watching Outdoors with the Morgans. Love your work. Good luck with your channel. I’ll be watching. 🇺🇸
Welcome and thank you!! Glad to have you!
“Outdoors with the Morgan’s” might enjoy this video. They just had stamped patio installed.
He is the one that did it
Great stuff. I have a paver driveway and side walk about due for a reseal. Very informative!
Your videos are great... very interesting, buy the music was too loud. Huge difference between talking and music volume. I had to turn the volume down each time the music comes on.
Agreed I made that same commet....lol
Tom, you might ask Mike M. about the wireless mic he uses for better sound volume, just a thought.
Very nice looking patio.
Great job. Keep them coming

Very nice.
What animprovement. Looks like a new patio.

tom your intro music is great
coordinate your voice volume with the funky music volume.
Nice!👍🏻
Thanks
Would lacquer thinner or mineral spirits works the same as xylene?

my garage floors are real slippery in the winter when we get snow can i seal them like the patio with the non slip stuff.??
You should be able to especially if there is no sealer on the floor already. Use a little bit extra gator grip because the sealer itself will make it slippery as well. Hope this helps!
Like your shows. Very informative. Could use some work on volume control. To much range between music and talking. Keep up the good work.
is that a special sprayer?what size is it
""Hi Emily""
Nice content and instruction….pay attention to the microphone….example at very end of video
Where can I get this in Texas?
great video........the sound needs some twicking
When you said young i immediately said younger then you said it I’m 67
Great video and tips but the music is painfully loud compared to the dialogue.
Music too loud. You need your voice louder. Nice Job.

USE a wireless MICROPPHON !
Good video but the music is too loud. Either lower the level or leave the music out please.
You should wear safety glasses so those harsh chemicals don't get onto your eyes
