Game developers should include mechanics for when you're absolutely owning a boss battle, their dialogue starts to change from confidently taunting you, to desperate sounding insults or something. It seems silly that you're parrying and reflecting every hit and they talk at you like your absorbing every hit they're dishing at you.
To be fair that costs money to put something in for a situation 99.9% of the players will never experience on their first or 2nd run.
IKR it's like biff trying to pick on you from "back to the future" but your goku and you went full ultra Instinct lol

@SeaFaring Neptune Actually, just for correction. Master Obi-wan is a master of the third style, the defensive style. The second style is just a refined version of the first style. Just saying.

i've seen several types of grandmasters these couple of weeks. the combo masters, who wield unstoppable string of unbelievable moves that i thought not possible in this game (for eg, that running slash can be executed in a sec, no running animation at all, clever use of blade throw as stagger, used to chain moves together ending with dash to backflip the opponent for a stylish finish, just unbelievable) then the force grandmasters, who knew exactly what force to use and when and to whom, then this guy, the perfectionist. no extravaganza, just... simple perfection in timing and execution. salute.
Mind sharing some of those other channels? I’m subbed to SMVR and GBG, haven’t seen either of them use the stylish dash finish you’re talking about though, and I’m curious to see it

27:35 - Holy crap dude, got the positioning and timing right for a perfect, stylish transition into the cutscene. Anyone can get good enough at a boss to beat them with no hits after some time, but that's some mastery right there.
I literally did the same thing in my first playthrough, accidentally of course, but a happy accident nonetheless.

I like how he took the yellow kyber crystal, which is the color of a Jedi who honed his skill in a balance of combat and scholarly pursuits, which fits perrrrfect for him :)

Birch Branch that’s what I was thinking. The boss gave me a little trouble on the hardest difficulty and to see it beat so easily I want to try and fight it again lol

Seeing your move set evolve with the fights as you get further into the game has to be one of the most satisfying things in this video, bar your execution of the fights themselves. Your creativity when it comes to utilising techniques is a treat: The perfect evades are epic as hell! It makes you both look and feel like a fully fledged Jedi, especially against the arrogance of the Ninth Sister, the sheer disrespect around 14:23, switching from single to double and back against Malicos mid-combo with successful evades was sheer beauty; you go ahead and utterly humiliate the final encounter with Trilla... Then the game has Vader waltz in and put all your growth throughout the game to nought.

Jayy FTW Story mode is good for a first play though if you want to literally watch the cutscenes, but after that you need to play on knight it’s pretty fair imo

One or my favourite vids! You’re one of the best players I’ve seen no doubt! But this video is special, with the lack of skills in the beginning the video tells a story. It really shows Cal’s growth, from inexperienced to full of finesse with all his new techniques and skills, a perfect video.

The second sister’s “outSTANDING” when Cal pulls out his saber might be my favorite game line ever
This the version of Cal that never lost his connection to the force
The fact the can change the modes of his lightsaber in the midst of battle gives me a good visual how Exar Kun fights
In kotor 2 there is a point when kreia tells you that the way the ancient Sith Lords used lightsabers in battle made all of the current dueling look like child’s play. I always imagined they would use multiple lightsabers at once in mid air with the force, but after this game I could see it being a mix of Val’s split saber with mid air sabers like Taron Malicos had.
