My cousin just got the ultra limited 115th anniversary its sweet. I made a quick video of it and some other bikes if you wanna check it out, until Matt makes a review. ruclips.net/video/i3RrFgiAAF4/видео.html I like that fact that Matt explains stuff I cant do that lol. I just do pics and vids.
I hope harley davidson is paying you for this advertising because its better than anything they do in that area. I remember in 03 everyone freaked over the 100 year bikes. But these 115 year bikes are second to none. The badging, paint, new motor options along with upgrades. Just the whole package, i haven't been this excited about bikes since i was a little kid..... Only problem is i love my 6 year old road king too much to trade up.
So I saw a few of these bikes up close in production, the detail is amazing. I did not know how limited they would be. Do guys buy these to ride or have as a collectors piece...personally I'd be nervous riding one, one ding, dent or scratch would drive me nuts. I notice there isn't a huge difference in price with the standard model.
I ride mine has 2600 miles already ,, these bikes you must enjoy them its nice, runs just as well, and the looks "well see Matts video", I was very lucky to have found mine out of state the local Harley Dealer found one in there data base and there was only four left in the USA when I purchased mine, yes i was scared to get it scratch or bugs on it but this is what America is about freedom a-lot of people don't have this opportunity, ride or not ride. Beautiful bikes. I wish Odyssey Blue was offered for all the bikes. It's a stunning colour. I live in snow country and will wait for May of next year before making a purchase. Looking forward to that day.
Man I watch dang near all of your videos and they are excellent! You cover everything in detail. I just traded my 2017 FatBoy for a 2018 SG Anniversary Edition after watching your SG vids. You answered all my questions!
Matt, I'm looking forward to your upcoming Heritage video, especially interested in what you think of its touring capabilities now that it has been upgraded. Thanks for all the good vids, especially the clean audio.
Xzer, I had a 2010 Ultra Classic. I picked up a leftover 2018 Ultra Limited. The frame is the same but they have fewer weld points so it's slightly better. However, a LOT of other things have changed and boy, boy, boy... the new bikes are a LOT more fun to ride. I'm amazed at how much better they are. Just amazed.
I mentioned you to several Harley dudes and dudihts 🤓 as I soon learned the women own their own Harley ride as well! All the sales guys knew about you with a big smile on their mugs! Very fun place to be. If I can get my motivation up I would like to come visit you and your store... Cheers!
History. Thx Matt for doing this video. For me, these coulors are beautiful. the company has done very well to limit the bikes strictly. my night train 100 anniversary is not so rare. but I love her anyway. super Job Matt. Thank you. Very informative and entertaining. Greetings from Bavaria, Night Train Alex.
Hey Matt .....the breakout....how many did or are you getting at your shop......im still trying to see a dealer near me has instock to see in person but thats what i want....how kool was it though...it looks like the best anniversary edtion yet....the denim tops it off correct....i know they only have 1900 but my dealer says they can get one we will see and keep up the good work...new rider soon to be here
We are just getting one at this point. It should be coming soon. However the factory is surprising us with additional anniversary bikes. So we might be getting more.
Wheels are turning ..... gotta figure out how to get my hands on that anniversary street glide special!!! Torturing myself, but promise ya...if I had access to a dealership...I'd definitely be dropping the '17 SGS and putting down a deposit on one of these bikes. As always, love your videos Matt... keep them coming and keep us dreaming
Very sharp looking anniversary models! Thank You for showing them. We own a 2014 HD Tri- Glide, and ask why Harley does not include, as standard equipment, heated grips, heated seats and a luggage rack on top of the tour pak, similar to the Electra Glide Ultra Limited. As in Canadian prices, the Tri- Glide is equal to in price if not more than the Ultra Limited and some CVO models? Thank You Matt.
As always....damn fine work Matt. Truly the best guy for the job of spreading the news and information. I placed a deposit on the two-tone Fatboy. Can't hardly wait!
We forgive you (at least I do, lol!) for not getting the Softail Heritage. You do a great job in your reviews. Honestly I learned more about the 115 anniversary edition bikes from your video than from H.O.G. magazine. That Ultra Limited is gorgeous, and being bike 1 out of however many, one would be wise to buy it and put it away. That beauty will only shoot up inn value as years pass. But then again who would resist not taking that for a spin !
Aah yeah! Freaking beautiful! Every single one of them, but I´m specially fond of the Breakout and Fatboy´s. Can´t decide witch one of the Fatboy´s thou. As somebody already said, you should get paid for these informative vid´s you provide us sir! Btw, that new anniversary insignia is awesome!
Matt Laidlaw / I am from the Texas Panhandle been to LA only once love the place, thanks for your videos they have been very educational, this particular video all 10 bikes Shown really help me with my bike the anniversary street glide standard, I have even ridden with Bill and Karen Davidson from the famous Willie G. Family, they came through Amarillo Texas when they were on there way to the 2018 anniversary ride to Milwaukee, (Tripps Harley Davidson / Hog Chapter Sponsored Them ) an experience i wont forget, again thanks a bunch from the Texas Panhandle. Alright Matt! You done it! All because of your purdy darned good videos to include the soft spoken smooth talking knowledge brain of yours I actually visited Harley Davidson Bakersfield on this day. To make this short, I fell head over heels in love with the Heritage. While mounted atop that modern steed I soon came down with the Willie-Chillies as goose bumps formed on my arms I got so emotionally blown away over this two wheeled machine. I did try some others, bigger, badder, forty grand bad, with bonker park entertainment system bolted on kind. But heavy is not on my injured knees list. I tilted each bike to get a feel for its weight. So? Heres the deal? momma says I can have it if I sell my RV, Aluma car Hauler, then go buy it. I am a troubled man now... 🤥
Also, Have you and your team ever strategized a Harley training school/Course. Exactly like a police training course only without the high speed race/pursuit portion. Or install governors to each training only bike so as to limit top speed on paved track. This course would come with a guarantee, if you don't dump it, you aint working hard enough. I suggest even an off-road portion to teach folks the full capabilities of the Harley. Once a person passed such a course I bet fatalities injuries would go way way down. What say you?
Dad traded for 114 heritage now remember he's 71 been riding Harleys since he was 19 we were out on a evening run earlier I was on my low rider S no he didn't run off an leave me but when we stop after a very twisty section of backroad he was grinning from ear to ear said an I quote (Theses sumbitches should have handled like this 40 years ago ! ) the Heritage with 114 is a Beast an handles very nice I rode his back home 😎
When you do another softail review, can you show us a close up of the steering lock key? I'm curious what lock technology Harley Davidson chose for the steering lock. I can't believe how much the automotive industry has moved away from using conventional locks and keys, and now its spreading to the motorcycle industry.
Yo Matt....✋......i wrote you early about this video.....im getting my bike in march.....and seen all the videos on anniversary edtions....by far man.....you the best as always....im torn between really wanted breakout anniversary but in long run streetglide anniversary better choice? But like the denim eagle no matter what....give me a bit of advice ....i know its my choice... but as always thank you for helping all of us...
I almost bought the legend blue denim FLHXS. I Love that bike. It depends on what kind of riding you’ll be doing man. For heavy freeway riding you’ll like the Streetglide. For a lighter alternative for around town and light freeway you’ll probably like the breakout.
Matt Laidlaw im sure i will. thank you for all the videos you post, i enjoy all of them and wouldnt of known about it if it wasnt for you posting the dealer show video weeks ago .
I put a deposit down on the heritage classic anniversary as soon as the dealer opened after the show. Since than they still have no info on when the bike will be produced.... ( i am in Europe, Belgium). Are they gonna be made all in one go? or will they build them in between the normal bikes?
dsetrucking same here man it's killing me waiting. Dealer told me they are guessing around December but could be as early as November or late as January.
Every Millennial needs to run down to their Stealership and pull the trigger on one of these! Come on, you can afford it! Its onlyb $26 grand before taxes and extended warranty (you'll need that too).
Did the Motor Company forget about the fact that they made an Anniversary Road Glide for EVERY Anniversary with the exception of the 115th? WTH, WHY???
Great video, thanks for sharing. ...but what, no cool anniversary Road King? First they kill the V-Rod, now this? I swear... Harley is trying to piss me off. Have to admit though, that shiny blue Fatboy looks pretty nice.
Yet another missed opportunity for the Motor Company, no 115th Anniversary Road Glide... Last time I checked the Road Glide was their #1 selling bike, regardless of wheather it is or not the Motor Company has included an Anniversary Road Glide in their Anniversary lineup since 1998. I guess you can blame that one on Matt Levatich.....LOL
Its ok... Liability would put the skids to such HARSH demanding training anyway. I have been watching current Harley Motor cop training schools an find them very affective to this day an age to motorcycle survival. Its no big deal. Gb
The badging on the 115 anniversary models is a bit disappointing to me. I really liked the 110 badges but the 115 badges just look plain and tacky. Hello Matt. The Road Glide was not included on the anniversary paint sets, Right? The Blue legend denim would have looked amazing...
Correct. Yes, that would look great. Only Street Glides for 115th Ann.
I'm sad they didn't do a Road Glide special in the same blue legend denim, but my wallet is happy.
Beautiful bikes. I wish Odyssey Blue was offered for all the bikes. It's a stunning colour. I live in snow country and will wait for May of next year before making a purchase. Looking forward to that day.

Dammit....that blue street glide has smitten me. I like my old roadking, why would you do such a thing?
Matt great video as usual. Denim paint is the only way to fly

That street glide special 115 should be your next bike Matt :)
+akata69 I actually really thought about it. I love that bike. Maybe I should.
The Street Glide looks amazing a shop near me got Nr.97
Thanks Matt
+Two Lane Blacktop 👍🏻
Matt, if you were CEO there would have been a 115th Anniversary Road Glide!

I can see Harley dealers charging an arm and two legs for these, especially the street glide.
Just_The_Fax honestly around me the street glide special is only 1000 more then the vivid black. I thought they would have been crazy high.
Harley is Harley!
❤️
ah, so they are making blue bikes this year... sadly not in the model I want... and wow those limited quantities.
Wow!! They got a little smarter this year They flooded the market in "2003"
Some beautiful bikes
So glad they didn't do the new bikes in red.
That breakout is sexy!!
I own the 115 street glide special.. 1440/1900
