  • I know lots of people have done videos similar to this. I go through and explain what tools you will need along with what items you need from the store and why I chose what I did. Hope you enjoy the video and comment if you have done these and how well they worked or what you would do differently.

    I did the same thing. They work! I painted it black just to hide them! Thanks for the great video!

      Painting them is a great way to protect the wood and disguise them. I was waiting on mine to dry out from being treated wood and then paint them. Thanks for the view and comment!

    Out of interest, why did you use the Valterra instead of a second homemade set?

      I believe I had already bought the Valterra before I made these. I think the valterra was on a really good sale and wanted to try it out for the rear bumper of the rv. The ones I made were mainly for the center of the rv near the tires on both sides.

      4 washer 2 lock washers
      2eye bolts 3/8 x 4 “ long,
      Long screwdriver
      Drill w 3/8” bit
      Chop saw 45• angle
      (8” from bottom)
      Eyebolt to inside
