Your voice is so much easier to listen to compared to most wound up high energy video makers, it's very nice. :) Also thank you for making the video :)
The only way I could see it being useful is if it could break down junk it pulls from workbenches, which could connect to other settlements via supply line, which could be supplied by scavenging benches. Otherwise this is too much work to make a few pieces of armor, compared to just throwing the junk in the machine and having it throw all the stuff in the same container. And that sucks because I love the idea of automation and factory production. (Factorio FTW!) I was so excited when I first saw these parts, but it was a massive let down. EDIT: There's apparently a mod for this, but FO4 isn't the kind of game I should need to fix with mods.
Perhaps a tutorial video - presumably being watched by people who are newer to the game and might not have played everything all the way thru yet - isn't the best place to be giving away spoilers on the story without warning. Just wanted to know how to build, didn't need to know how the Mechanist story ends. So thanks for that. But my sarcasm aside, I hope that's something you take into account in the future.

One main question is how you unlock the manufacturer because it giving me a hard time an am not getting the right information on how too

Did I hear that right? You need one of the dlc? Which one is it?
You need the wasteland contraptions
It's not that it was over complacat more underwhelming thay should have added a way to make every non unique item

This didn't explain how to build or use the factories at all.. Click bait.
