This is going to be perfect for me. Saw a physio yesterday and I have to try and increase my range of motion. I apparently have very strange knees! Might have to use the seated workouts for a while as my knee is still playing up. The joys of getting old. Im only 58! Thanks Jules

This is a wonderful workout. For me it served as a mini exercise on a day when I'll be running around grocery shopping, etc., certainly range of motion which is always appreciated and vital, as well as a very satisfying stretch routine. It's an all-in-one when on the run. My entire body is abuzz. Thank you so much for this really different routine: some of the moves were new to me!...Anastasia
I also do your standing workouts for cardio (need to get back to the strength ones). I still like to do a chair range of motion/flexibility like this one once a week. Helps me focus on each body part. Thank you for the variety of your workouts.
I'm glad to read that you enjoy these ones. It's true...slowing down the pace like in this workout definitely allows us to focus more on the movements.

It's great that you can now see yourself during exercise...it definitely helps for noticing improper form or bad posture.
