Richard in particular, I think. As far as I've seen, Richard is the only person to ever answer the 'which cast member did you like working with most?' question, and his (somewhat roundabout) answer was Jensen, with a funny changing channels story. Plus there was the birthday cake thing, which was so sweet. Everyone seems to love them both though; James Marsters had some very nice things to say about them, he seemed quite impressed.
I thought it was humanly impossible for me to love Jensen any more than I already do. And then he made a Monty Python reference and proved me dead wrong. I love the men of Supernatural!
