It needs to be a fast acting sugar like lucozade , full sugar drinks or jelly babies. Foods such as cookies are slow releasing carbs & are not ideal for a hypoglacemic emergency.
I don't know why it shows cookies and chocolate..! This is a big no for when you are having a hypo, as it can't get into your blood fast enough because of the fat in it
