Gurkhas and Hong Kong military unit veterans discharged before July 1, 1997, and their family members can apply for settlement in the UK using the form SET(AF) on the gov.uk website. Applications can be made online or using a paper form, depending on the applicant's location. Applicants in Nepal can apply in person.
