There are those an a very low budget Steven and they ask me about "lower cost" housing. Being on that tight of a budget is a little scary as sooner or later an unexpected medical emergency or other money emergency will come their way.
Yes, I know and that IS scary. I feel for anyone who has to live that way, but at least they have a somewhat livable option and can live in the tropics. No judgement just deep synpathy.
I stayed in Edades Condos in Lahug, Cebu City near IT Park for 6 months and they often have units for less than 15,000. You might find some at Laguardia Flats 1. I often walk to malls and much further but that depends on the person. Once you get close to malls the price usually goes up Billy. San Remo near SM Mall might work but they need some maintenance in my opinion.
They have Roosters in their Apartment? Would they care if I brought my pet Alligator? He stays in the bath tub and is potty trained but lots of neighborhood cats have been disappearing in our subdivision.lol
LOL. The roosters stay outside. There is an area near here with many "fighting roosters" also. I think the alligator will be ok as long as you keep it on a leash when outside.
They were all occupied when I visited my friend. I am not sure of the exact location. The way you find these cheaper units is through word of mouth usually so ask around in the areas you might be interested in.
These apartments are full and don't have a name like thousands of other apartments. I was trying to show what one might find if they get on the street and enlist the help of locals. Budget rentals are available.

I guess this is one of those extreme examples of how a very poor or desperate person who doesn’t mind wandering down dark alleys at night to get home, could actually live on $200 US per month: $100 for rent+utilities as in this excellent example, and $100 per month eating veggies and street food. Security for your smartphone and laptop would be a huge issue. And yes, the dogs and roosters would be problematic and unacceptable. Hmmm.
I need a house to rent now
Where do you want to rent at?
@@AmazingPhilippines1 I'm in manila so were do u have a house
Can you recommend where to live in Cebu city, I am looking for a condo that’s walking distance to shopping malls, also at below 15k peso per month
sign up facebook. search what u like many ads there. search for condos for rent near ayala or sm malls
Hii sir, do you have any recommended appartment in metro manila?
Sorry, I don't have info on Manila units Kirana.
Oh so nice in side ser.. 3.500permonth ser.
Thanks for watching Shirley.
@@AmazingPhilippines1 yes ser. I like to rent .
Is healthcare good in this area?
Can I ask where is the location of the apartment? I'd like to rent there. pretty much cheaper than others
They were all occupied when I visited my friend. I am not sure of the exact location. The way you find these cheaper units is through word of mouth usually so ask around in the areas you might be interested in.
Saan ba banda yan
Thanks.
location?
Mactan Island but not sure of the address Kate.
Im scared while watching the tour im overthinking that ghost will hunt me😭😭🤣
LOL. Thanks Jessiemel.
the only thing missing in this video is the name and location of this apartment complex
These apartments are full and don't have a name like thousands of other apartments. I was trying to show what one might find if they get on the street and enlist the help of locals. Budget rentals are available.
...walking the neighborhood, word of mouth or browsing OLX (Craigslist type site) would yield the local apartments and homes
There are a lot of options that walking and word of mouth work the best as you say M'Liss A
its our place llc market
I spent the day on Mactan and lots of Jeepney rides so it was a fun day.
Full house in Pitos for 10.000,-PHP
See Vilage Pepole...
There are lots of lower cost options Torstein. Thanks for that info.
$70 a month?
Yes. One can find them but they go fast and usually through word of mouth with Filipinos.
@@AmazingPhilippines1 Fully furnished?

Thanks for watching Sandy.
Too dark !!!

Crowded dump on all over the streets
This is not the high end district. LOL.
The girl im meeting in sept, says she can only find places for 500 usd per month. With AC and a small kitchen.
Maybe not looking too hard or doesn't know where to look...depending on your requirements John.
@@AmazingPhilippines1 Thanks for the reply.
@@johnanderson8705 get to philipines first and start finding. Book a cheap hotel first and be willing to spend a bit more on the first 1 or 2 months, while looking. Also look around for more youtube video's like this.
hello im interested for rent apartment like this how i can contact you ? thanks
The way you find these cheap places is to ask the local Filipinos as they will not be listed online Tristan.
@@AmazingPhilippines1 okay thank you
