Same here. And I think the best way is to create your to do list the night before. Then you can start fresh into your day.
How do you create your to do list?
Being able to eliminate distractions is one of the best ways that I can stay focused and achieve my goals everyday. Be able to understand how to prioritize yourself and your business and you'll be on your way to making some great progress and be more productive than ever!

@@gaming4K yeah gaming on youtube is very over saturated. just try to make unique videos that other people haven't, and put a lot of effort into your videos even if they got no views. Once one of them does well you want to make sure its high effort so people stay.

You’re simply amazing Cathrin, I love your work ethic. I’m so inspired to batching my productive tasks to get stuff done in the shortest possible time. I used to use a timer to time my work time/editing time, but I think after watching you, I’d rather use stopwatch so I know the exact time it really takes me. That would help me plan my time/day much better, especially when I’m aware of the time my tasks really take.

I love this and saving to help develop my routine with working full time. I felt like this was different than your previous videos so I truly love the direction your going in!
I think it’s super hard to work on the side while having a nine to five job because it’s takes SO much effort to put energy into my passion at the end of the day. My solution was to wake up at 4 am and surprisingly I have more energy after my eight hour work day to do what I love in the evening as well. I just get more energy by starting my day with my passion even if it’s only for two hours, because as you showed you can get a lot done in two hours! 😊

These videos are my favorite! :) I'm a slow living RUclipsr and generally live a very slow pace of life. Being more efficient and taking action on things is actually what I want to work on this year! You inspire me :)

Absolutely loved this video! And seeing you do everything you do in 25hrs or less a week is so awesome! As a work from home mom, with a very baby YT channel as my business and 2 young kids and pregnant with my 3rd you inspire me to work smarter not harder as I can Max probably work 3hrs a day. It’s all about the focus and prioritizing real activities that move the needle vs unnecessary busy work.
4 Hours a day sounds pretty amazing! I have a hard time turning my brain off... Always trying to think of ideas and improve the content.
Do you have an after work routine in place? I found that this helps a lot to turn off your brain, at least a little ;)

Love seeing how you organize your time! Honestly what you said early on about writing out your goals for the next day the night before would help me so much, I will try that. I only get to work on my channel/side business a couple hours a week at this point and fly by the seat of my pants. Your videos inspire me to get organized and get at it! (I work full time and I'm a mom of a toddler and it's my dream to WORK FOR MYSELF.) :D

I was trying everything I could to conciliate my "normal" work with house chores AND blogging and recording for RUclips
And I was doing something wrong. You showed me what I doing wrong! I was planning things on my mind and trying to do everything I could in every "free" time.
Since I watched your video I bought a physical agenda (I was using Google with automated things... Writing manually does make a change) and all I can say is that my past 2 weeks were absolutely GREAT!
I DID EVERYTHING I planned and a bit more.
I think this is what was missing to really blow up my RUclips channel. Now I'm ready.

This is actually so helpful. I just sat down and planned out my work days so I can be more efficient with my time. I do social media management and I often just float around each day & week doing various tasks and could probably get it all done in a few hours in the morning & allocate certain things for designated days.
I'm also in the process of growing my RUclips channel so this will help me create more time to be consistent with that! :) Thanks Cathrin! Your videos are always so helpful. 💕

This is one of those things where it’s so easy to look at it and go “what?! I could never do that!” But then you actually think about your day and how much time you spend procrastinating etc and it’s so doable! X
Cathrin you are so freaking genuine I know I have said this a lot but here's the thing most of the influencers lie that they wake up at 4 and all that shit and then they work their asses off the whole day working out and doing their business work yet here you are being so relatable to us and of course sharing the exact amount of time that you work in a day rather than making your video more dramatic and clickbaity I could say. I really really love you for being so real and natural I also work like 4-6 hours per day and that's it!

Loved this video! Your work week is structured like mine is so it was really validating lol plus I feel the same about the work week and having to work on the weekends. Much rather work 4 hours a day on things I enjoy and truly enjoy each day than look forward to enjoying the weekend only 🙌
