Mine! is the scout 60 2021 I just love this motorcycle. It is better than all of my past motorcycles, and I am 74 yrs old! So you can imagine all the Bikes I have rode on in my days of young. Indian scout sixty all day long!
I wish you guys would market how badass your engines are. I feel like after watching your videos and ads, Indian is trying to validate being cool and hip. Your engines and tech is awesome! Please work that into your ads. The small display alone on the Chief made me want to get one because the bike is so awesome and its modernized with tech. Please also put a gas gauge on on the next scout or make it an add on accessory like HD does.
I bought a 2016 Scout last year with low miles. I love it! Then I saw the Rogue and tested all Indians that I could except the big baggers at the Demo event. The Rogue is for me. It feels right. It looks and rides amazing. I put my money down today. Can’t wait until it arrives in July!
I would get the scout rogue model. The 19 inch front wheel and higher handlebars are just my style. I would swap the rear shocks so I would have more suspension travel. I would love to see an option for cruise control to come to there bikes.
I did own a '17 Victory Octane and loved the bike. The only issue with the Scout is the fact that you can not buy one with mid control pegs. For those that ride more than a short distance mid controls are really needed. I would consider a Scout for my next bike if I could get a mid control option. The engine / transmission on my Octane was fantastic. I did a tune / 2-1 pipe and had a dyno. The bike was producing 105 HP at the rear wheel and was a real blast to ride. How about those mid controls?
I have the first run of 2 generations including my 2001 vin 24 My first run 2015 I rode to Sturgis that year and what a ride & everyone was wondering just what my pony was. Scout is the best balanced with more horsepower I had ever had ridden. I bought a Springfield years alter but I gave it to my husband…. I love my Scout It’s the best !🇺🇸
You still haven't given us existing Scout owners an answer, something in the Scout lineup. I don't like the Chief, Chieftain or any of the other models and I'm not interested in a giant bagger like the Challenger. I want performance with technology upgrades. I'm looking for a 1300+ CC powerhouse of a bike, with enhanced technology ( you know, like cruise control, a gas gauge, or a little larger tank). I'm looking for a reason to stay with Indian and I haven't seen it yet. I have; however, looked at the Harley Davidson Low Rider S and ST they just released. Sure, it's the same bike (essentially) as it has been but with a meaner engine (117 CI upgradable to a 131). Anyway - I have my fingers crossed that Indian does something OTHER than give the Scout platform just another suit to wear.
Why doesnt the regular scout come in a dark horse option? But the rouge and bobber do? Surely it cant ve that hard to bolt the blacked out pipes onto the scout?
Planning to get my 1st bike this summer ... Indian scout bobber is my favourite , but way to pricy - in my country new one costs 40% more than MSRP :( And for example , new Honda CMX1100 costs only 2000€ more than MSRP ... Similiar thing with Triumph Boneville Bobber ... Hard to decide cause of that ...
I have been wanting to buy an Indian (stuck between Scout sixty/Chief Dark Horse, and now the Rogue) for a long tIme! I live around the DC area and have been waiting for over 6 months to test ride one of these to make my decision- not one of the dealerships have a Chief Dark Horse for a test ride in a 200 mile radius (was lucky to find a 2021 Scout Sixty for a quick test ride) All I request to our Indian friends is that have atleast one model of each bike around a 50-100 mile of a metropolitan area (I realize not all dealerships have the space to carry such an inventory, bikes could be divided among them), so that as a consumer and someone who is interested in riding (perhaps among many others) can take a test ride, and make a purchase decision. I realize it may be too much to ask given the challenges with the shortage of chipsets and other important components (among many others), but one wouldn’t want to purchase a bike unless he/she feels comfortable with the ride. Just my thoughts.
Thanks for posting myself have 20 scout 100 horsepower love the bike my biggest problem small fuel tank 120 miles none of my friends will ride with me lol
If Indian made a replica of the old Scout 101, you'd get this old guy out of motorcycle retirement. Give it updates to the brakes, electronics and a little bigger engine than the original. I'd love to drive something that would turn heads.
So interested in purchasing this dream machine. I have enough to buy one, but the price doubles in order for it to arrive at my location here in the Bahamas. @Indian Motorcycle Help ❗❗❗
@@chadwilliam1 germany for example. It doesnt get the licence. They said they are working on it. But germany is a horrible country for motorcycle guys...
Where's cruise control? Where's ride command? I understand not offering these on your base models to keep the price down, but why on earth are these not offered as an upgrade option? Lack of tech options on this platform is going to push more and more people away as time goes on. I mean, no fuel gauge? Seriously?
No, Scout 60 - is a smaller CC version -around 65 horse I think. Scout sixty has several models (bobber and rogue). scout standard bigger 100 horse engine , also has several models (rogue, bobber etc.)
Please !! Guys is switched over to Indian from Harley. Cmon guys how about some parts accessories that’s available yet alone apparel. It’s sad dealerships in Ontario have more knowledge bout lawn tractors than the bikes. I can’t even buy electrical connections through Indian I was told to replace harness rather then sell me a connector for my war bonnet. Small example I know but the list goes on. I can’t even get an Indian leather jacket.

There's only one Scout.. The 1920's short frame model.. Who needs a water cooled motor, with electronic everything? It's only more and more to go wrong. Personally, I wouldn't have a modern Scout for free.. Seriously.
Prefer the classic Scout. Don’t really like the bobber or new rouge models. I have a 2015 Scout. Purchased it in November 2021. Haven’t even had a chance to ride it yet - (winter here).
They had a great traditional product in the Scout so why give it a bad boy idiot look ? You could have just sold the accessories for those 1% who want to spoil a quality built scout
Such a beautiful lineup. Sadly none of them are for me, I'm 6'5" and these things are TINY. Oh well...went Super Chief Limited instead, no great hardship.
Attitude, attitude , and yet more attitude. You make it sound like a poser bike. Enough people out there in everyday life have an attitude, we don't need any more. Wow, nice 👌
I got the 21 sixty too bro. Got it at the end of July last year and I’ve put 4k miles already 😎

I absolutely love my standard 21' scout, something about that old school look just always felt right to me. Classics never go out of style!

The exact video I needed to send to friends. Thanks Indian Motorcycle!

MC cruise is a great cruise control add on. Works like it came on the bike.
Such a beautiful bike it's absolutely stunning!
Scout bobber 21/22 I've been dreaming for this beast. Hopefully I could purchase it this year?
Scout Rogue ❤
Me to, already have one "designed" :)

There is a modification to do so. Right from the Indian site you can buy it for 390€ so that is not a dealbreaker i think. :)
Going to buy mine Scout for custom build in 2023. Beautiful piece of engineering!

The Rogue!

The chief Dark horse is a 116. Very different animal than the scout sixty.

@@jennifercuellar4574 yeah I've since looked on the website. It comes in either the 60" or 69" options. $2k difference.
I like the old skool bobber look. Stripped down, nothing flashy, just a matte black rat bike
Of the new ones here, the bobber. Of any Indian ever, one of the vintage bobbers its based on lok
It would be nice if you had Closed Captions available :)

Anyone tried this motorcycle who is above 6 ft tall? How does it feel? Too small?
Yes and yes. Very small. Below 6' only.
