This is why I like ur tutorials so much bc you actually show how to make the sounds and go in depth. Most tutorials just show the arrangement, and you don't actually learn anything. Great video👍🏿
Dude you are on the wavelength! Abandoned is CRAZY lately right?? Your vids are the best checklist for all my songs to even sound in the same universe as them.
You didn't nail it, you killed it brother ❤🔥 I've been listening to Abandoned pretty much long time but You did a great job with this. It hits different and I feel It's a fresh vibe ✨
i give private production lessons and you nailed the explanation way better than me xD! Props for you mate :D!... Amazing Skills and Layering!... also the sound design tips are really on point :)!... excited what else you release :D
Next video you should do a tutorial on how to produce music like SKAN. I always have been wondering how he produces his songs like “Goodbye” and figured that you can do a tutorial on his style
Hopefully you have a trick to this question. But what makes you know where to put other chord type melodies over your piano? Not sure if that makes sense, but usually i just copy/paste my midi from one VST to another for all my layers. But yours are all different creating movement. How do you know what goes where, and how it will sound good? I feel trial and error with note selections with that many elements will take a life time to make them all fit together like a puzzle.
It does take a lot of trial and error, even sometimes failed attempts and scrapped ideas. If you hear the sound is doing something that stands out then I don't touch it, then when I start to use other layers as like for the tonality and supporting characteristics. I don't go and find similar sounds because it will end up sounding the exact some and clashing will happen, so once you know and understand your layers and what role they play when stacking them you will find your flow and that way get better in the whole arrangement. Hope this helps
This is more of a project breakdown than a tutorial tbh. Also, the orchestral bits are a bit robotic sounding, adding some dynamics would definitely help make it more convincing
8:47 I've always wondered, how do I get the automation to be inside the actual clip? I see so many producers do it and I feel really dumb for not knowing how to do it. They say drag the triangles from the top corners but on my clips there are no triangles to drag. I don't know what else to do
The volume curve you are seeing is actually the fade out curve that was implemented from fl studio 21 update, it's a simpler way to control the volume fade out instead of using automation clips that can look very messy in the arrangement. Don't feel discouraged if some of the mention things in the video looks hard to do it takes time to learn them and use the workarounds as your main friend
Awesome man! I fucking love this! Do you think I can send you a remix of mine. I would love to learn more from you. I feel like my drops aren't as impactful and don't hit as hard. Also how do you make the spinning noise at 15:42. Thank you! Broo
Oh yeah I didn't include that one, my bad this video is more about the sounds to use and arrangement rather than the processing of individual parts, next time I'll include it
Nice try! Good job man 🔥

7:02 It sounded like pre-drop shout lmao🤣
And the drop goes 🗣🗣🗣
😮🔥
finally an abandoned tutorial
now i know why your drop sounds thick, tight and heavy it's because of the serum skin, isn't it? 👀
Correct, it's very tight

Arturia Keys 🤝🏽

Can you tell me how to make dubstep like in the song Seize - Lost Count
I cannot for the life of me find a good tutorial to make bright/low detuned saws like that, do you have one or have a video link for one?
I would be willing to make a whole video about it 👀
But for recommendations I would suggest checking out channels like AshFB2B
sick trackk broo ✨ what sample pack do you use for the fx ?
Cymatics, KSHMR Vols 1,2,3, and Ultrasonics Future Bass Essentials

why is it with tutorials like these, they always have serum, which is paid!
You can use vital which is basically the same thing but simpler and free
@@hoon-kay4840 well, yeah, i do have that, and simply putting the glide on the default present makes it more melodubbish
I bought serum for the skin 😐
You can make same with stock plugins or use free ones for sounds as good as serum!
