    Thanks! I have some scans of vintage type that I want to add some words to, so this will help to make it looks like it belongs.

    Thank you very much very helpful tutorial! My Mezzotint is creating a lot larger grainy dots, do you happen to know the reason for this?

    • @JeremyMuradesign
      @JeremyMuradesign  5 лет назад

      No worries thanks for watching! Select fine dots it's smaller, not medium or coarse dots because that's bigger.

    This is great but what if you import a jpg PNG or whatever? IE a shape/ logo etc

    • @JeremyMuradesign
      @JeremyMuradesign  5 лет назад +1

      You can see I expanded it at the end so you can use it as a logo. The expand button is also File > expand/expand appearance. Just get rid of the background color put the object/shape on the new layer and go to file export > save for web and you can save as transparent png or jpg.,

  • @LOGOASSASSIN
    @LOGOASSASSIN 5 лет назад

    Excellent except i can't now make it a colour it's staying black:(

    • @JeremyMuradesign
      @JeremyMuradesign  5 лет назад

      is it expanded and not in a mask or group? make sure its expanded just purely into a shape.

    Wow. Has it never occured to you to try the "absolute" option in Roughen effect? It creates the same rough edge effect but in 10 seconds.

    • @JeremyMuradesign
      @JeremyMuradesign  4 года назад

      I play around with both options to see what works best.

    Cool thanks, I was talking about importing a graphic/illustration I made in Procreate. I managed Tay your instructions. You can see my wrk at insta @vikingsofskate and the new project going up on my @fontofreality page I’m learning Procreate now and my adobe skill is low so it’s all VERY complex! But I’m getting there bit by bit. Well done for NOT making mute tutorials they suck!

    • @JeremyMuradesign
      @JeremyMuradesign  5 лет назад +1

      hahah mute tutorials are the worst! I try to make the tuts simple and straight to the point but useful. I don't use procreate so not sure the process just check on google. Just keep practicing and adobe will get better I have heaps of tutorials on illustrator to speed you up.
