I’m so glad you’re doing so much better. I completely understand coming out of a hard year. My 2023 was really hard for my mental health. Then… as my 2024 went on, I started to feel much happier in life. Once I started to feel happier I finally started to believe in myself. I changed my living situation which helped significantly. So… for me going into 2025 I’m finally wanting to set goals for myself.
Finally got around to watching and having a day to myself and of course your two newest videos were on my #1 to do's!!! Happy new year. 10k steps a day is my goal as well. Some days it can be challenging because I live in Michigan and we have winter here. However if it’s not to snowy or icy out I bundle up (winter coat, hat, gloves, boots, scarf) and gets those steps in. Haven’t tried the walking a half marathon but sounds fun especially if you can do it with friends. I would probably break it up into segments like morning, afternoon, and evening. Love your word choices for 2024 (resilience)and 2025(authenticity) also. I can relate to both of those as well.

My new year resolutions are: to be consistent with skincare routine (because I have been slacking off lately) go on walks every day to dress better lol read my bible every single day to drink more water take more photos/videos of things I want to remember forever lean into hobbies more spend more time with my people
Happy New Year. I had the crazy to start this year. I got a puppy last year. I was being nice and dog sitting for someone. And the couple abandon their Husky to me and said I am now responsible for their Husky. I said no. They said if I even think about coming to their house and return their dog they were going to have me arrested for trespassing. In NC, if a house has a trespassing sign and you refuse to leave, they can call the police and you might get arrested. Now, I am stuck with their Husky. She's a cute and beautiful dog. She gets along well with my puppy. The problem is the Husky is an escape artist. She chewed a hole through my fence and can leave when ever she wants. Now she saw a stray dog and invited that dog into my backyard. Now I'm stuck with two dogs and one puppy. And that stray won't leave. Now I have to decide to keep the two dogs or rehome them. So that couple set me up. These people are horrible. They had the nerve to abandon their Husky.
one thing that might be a good option for you to explore is a morning menu. you can create 3 routines that you can do based on your energy. so like one would be your ideal routine and have all the things you want to do. then medium is slightly paired back. low energy is just a few things. If you wake up feeling energetic and ready to tackle the day, the high-energy option could include vigorous exercise, a long skin care routine, and focused planning. For those who feel moderately energized, the routine could involve stretching or walking, paired with journaling and lighter skincare. On mornings when energy is low,you could focus on a few minutes of mindfulness and light self-care. i think it is actually helpful to actually write/type it out to see it in the morning so you know what you need to do to feel good about how you start your day.
I jogged/walked my first half marathon this year (with no training Lol whoops) at Disney and the best tip I have is to actively recover after. I went home and stretched and then walked 2 miles that evening and I was not sore at all!

Can you call animal control OR the police and have them take the dog back to the proper owner?

On mornings when energy is low,you could focus on a few minutes of mindfulness and light self-care. i think it is actually helpful to actually write/type it out to see it in the morning so you know what you need to do to feel good about how you start your day.

I jogged/walked my first half marathon this year (with no training Lol whoops) at Disney and the best tip I have is to actively recover after. I went home and stretched and then walked 2 miles that evening and I was not sore at all!
