    Humble beginning before the procharger install. Now its a sleeping giant.

    That's awesome you got the Caprice fired up and driving down the road.
    How are you getting an oil pressure reading? Didn't LT1Swap have the oil pressure sensor deleted?
    What's your plan for hooking up speedo and tach?

    • @MrGriffin23
      @MrGriffin23  2 года назад

      Super sorry just seeing this. I’m sure by now you have all these questions answered. I never got a notification.
      I tracked the oil pressure with my OBD2 dongle and my tablet. As far as the speedo, Dakota Digital makes a converter box to run and digital reading to a mechanical dash.

    That's my next step, muffler shop. I'm going with 3inch hopefully I don't come across that issue with mine

    • @MrGriffin23
      @MrGriffin23  5 лет назад

      Mounted Monsters Magazine If you have stock trans mount you might. I think they only came with one hump for exhaust. It’s and easy fix for an exhaust shop tho.

    That loop was a drive shaft safety loop. You might wanna put that back. It saves you trans in case the drive shaft breaks. You don't want that hitting the ground while your driving.

      @MrGriffin23  7 лет назад

      SurvDC yeah! I did put it back. I had to alter it a bit to get it back to fit on with the new trans

    Ya know, you could have gotten the correct dual exhaust crossmember from a 94 - 96 caprice. It will bolt right in & have the factory look as well. Check your local junkyards friend

      @MrGriffin23  6 лет назад

      Thanks! And YES, I know this. I’ve hit many junkyards during this build to look for one and none in my area at the time, but have found other parts I’ve been able to use. However, this was an easy enough mod for my guy. Not a big deal.
