I'm 34 weeks pregnant with twins and I'm so swollen and I feel no one is listening to me. I have said I am worried about baby movement as well and asked if I could have NST test weekly until induction at 37 weeks and she said that their office "doesn't do that" I'm going to have her notation in the chart that I asked for it and she declined it so kts documented
Sure is weird how every body is different . I also birth my baby on my back and it was the most comfortable to me too . I only pushed a bit more than half an hour with contractions about 5 minutes apart . It was so so amazing
My son was born at 39 and 3 weeks we chorioamnionitits I told them the night prior andnwent in that something wasn't right and no one cared. Then next morning everything was crazy. I stayed at that office and I am still there but with a different doctor that I did trust up until now. She seems to be sloughing me off about symptoms and swelling I'm getting really nervous. I am 34 weeks pregnant with twins
Such a joy to experience this wonderful birth with you Dina as your doula! You did amazing. Three inches across of babies head during each push that went ALL THE WAY back in after your contraction was over for two hours was something I had never seen before. Your sheer will power and strength and pushing with the knotted sheet worked so well until just your body finally feeling that fetal ejection reflex and he just came after just a little rest. Also surprised that you were able to rest and not push for those five minutes during the contractions when the medical team stepped out of the room for a few to give you a little break that was so needed. I am very proud of you and Amir. Beautiful birth! Beautiful family! Thank you for sharing and encouraging other mamas to trust their bodies and to seek practitioners that support their choices!

I had my daughter at 39 weeks induced no epidural either with same office and this doctor that I thought I liked and was great until now.
You can always fight to switch your provider if needed-even if it’s just switching to another provider in the same office!
