To get your feet wet with ASIC mining, the KSO Ultras is a great starting point, then... Onto the Bitmain AL1 jk I still have hope that Xelis or some other token will save GPU mining.
I had this same conundrum awhile ago. I almost got 2 KS3M asics, but instead I got a whole bunch of 7900x3d rigs and some 3090 gpus. I am glad I didn't get the asics because if, let's just say in this case, kaspa goes to zero? Then your asic is a brick. When next generation of kaspa asic comes out then the one you bought is a brick. Cpus and gpus give you a lot of flexibility, where as asics become actual bricks...
@576turky I was mini g alph as long as I could. When the network hashrate mooned I stopped. As a gpu miner I get annoyed with asics, because they tend to all get scooped up by huge corporations and then destroy decentralization.
For $500, you could have bought about 2,650 kaspa (aug 2, 2024), please post an update once you mine that amount of coins, would be curious to see the comparison. Cheers.
Yes I just found ur channel and been watching all the videos ! Love how you present stuff very straightforward! Yes can’t wait to see the ASIC content! Iv been wanting to expand out from my helium mining , can’t wait for the new videos! Two KS0 ULTRA for $500? That’s a deal, I’m seeing them for $399 on all the other sites and fr what u said is so true , profitability the day it came out is a lot higher than now so waiting 1 month for it would slow the ROI by a lot! Keep up the videos !
Buy a Kaspa ASIC now and when price starts shooting up and new, more efficient models come out, yours will be obsolete. BTC ASICS have shown this common pattern for many years. Ill pass hard on the asic trap.
The KSO ultra only makes you without OC ing it about $1 per day. With Kaspa you can only make money if you have tve funds to invest into the high TH/S Iceriver & Bitmain Asics & even they have to add constantly Asics which can reach higher hash rates to stay profitable. The same goes for Alephium which was dishonest about their Asic intententions from the start then their were only GPU’s mining Alephium.
@5:39 u say ur not using trade ogre, and will be holding the KAS in A tangen Wallet? What do u mean by this ? Iv found both KAS and that ALPH the exchanges for them are limited to like MCXM or ByBit , exchanges not allowed in the US so how will you exchange KAS for BTC or USD? I’m asking because now u have me looking at buying either the iceriver KAS0 or Iceriver ALH0

@@cynric-u4m hahaha i wish i had 40k for an asic.. me as well. I still see my gpus making bank in 2025 but we need a big turnaround in gpu coins.
You are keeping dig the ROI never hole. Buying Kaspa is better way to go.
ks0 ultra might be the best option for newcomers of asic miners which has reasonable price now.

Nice! A little diversification never hurt anyone in this space!
Glad you agree! Thanks for being a channel member!!
Don't do it!
Same boat fam. Offloading gpus. Keep grinding
Watched your video on that today! Made some good points and made me a little nervous lol
Don’t sell buddy,I still have my gpus since 2017

10 KAS a day today - we all know that will be 5 kas a day in a month and 1 kas a day in 3 months. ouch.
I went from solid just GPUs too Gpus, Cpus, And Asics. worked out well and its all really fun

Almost everyone I know that's mining is transitioning to asics; at least have some, if not the majority of it.

How much you profit per day
Why not just use your GPU’s to solo mine for block rewards?
@@Tyty74628 not a bad idea but still would likely pay more in power then I’d generate in coin!
All my gpus are off until they come back up in value. Theres too many coins that people just dump and have no faith in. No one knows how to hold.
I’m trying my hardest to stay profitable to keep from turning them off. Hovering right one the break even line right now haha
