    Dear Yadi,
Home is where you are loved, wanted, and appreciated.
STL loves you. STL wants you. STL appreciates you.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the memories you gave us. First ballot Hall of Fame. Greatest catcher STL has ever had.
    With love,
    Every STL Cardinals fan

I've lived in St. Louis all my life and there is no doubt St. Louis is hardly the most exhilarating city in which to live. Early in his career, Yadi could've opted to accept any offer of his choice in a bigger market, and almost any city of his choosing, but he chose St. Louis. Yadi saw several things over his years in St. Louis. One of the best opportunities to win year over year. The opportunity to play shoulder to shoulder with arguably the greatest hitter of this era in Albert Pujols. And lastly play in front of some of the best fans in baseball that were always behind him. We're all gonna miss you Yadi.

Not a cards fan but Yadi Albert and Wainright are legends that came in together and go out together. They should go into the hall together and get their numbers retired together. If they get statues it should be of the three of them all walking together. 1 statue, 1 trio, 1 team

Those 3 were the last 3 that were on 2011 when they knocked my Phillies out of the NLDS.
