I would think the issue is due to the sync pulses from the PO. Change the sync mode till it works. Whatever sync mode you choice this video was the right one lol

Another rexcellent video! I personally use those chords, including guitar with anything that is a stereo output. The Nyphes I thought maybe it was a stereo output, but nope. You have to connect it with midi to something that is, I like keeping it in the family so I plug into the Typhon. It adds anther voice and the fx on the Typhon are world class! I have never run into this issue with a PO but I’ve never plugged it in mono unless It was into a modular situation and I always use a multi power supply. I can’t afford to keep putting batteries in and rechargeables are terrible for your equipment. They leak and ruin the value of your stuff! If it’s got stereo it was meant to be used in stereo although I see your point on the being used for other purposes. I may be wrong on the stereo thing when it comes to a PO but that’s just the way I have everything set up and I don’t connect all my POs together because I want some effects on some parts but not others so once in a while you’ll see me use an effect inbetweeen the last two of that chain. I’ve been known to use an a/b splitter as well. I never stop experimenting. Peace and I’m glad you’re feeling better!

I don’t know if it makes any more sense, but you can get a mono 1/4” adapter or a 3.5” to 1/4” mono cable. I have a set of them I bought for patching pedals to modular and other mono audio sources.

I don't see a why the split cable would make a difference, its the same amount of activating current that goes into the pedal. But if it works, then good 😀

Yes I have a lexicon looper pedal. 40 minutes of looping but only in mono.

The problem comes from the stereo adapters and cable in the side of the ms-70cdr breaking connection and turning it off. It has nothing to do with the device being plugged in.
