Thank you again because I get you....really great summary.....I just love your notes and the way you categorize everything...I have no idea how many people are in the appreciation of this but me....boy do I love these kinds of list because they just make things so much easier....I know how to read a book very well actually but sometimes I just hate reading it even if I can really extract all the information....and I know it is not about the extracting of the information but the understanding of it and putting everything together.......and it is a lot of gluing together.....

If apoenzyme is bound with non protein part Covalently then this non protein part is called as prosthetic grp
And if non proteinic organic part is bound with apoenzyme non Covalently it is called as coenzyme...
So These two are not types of co factors .... Co factor is rather different kind of enzyme in which non proteinic organic part is non Covalently bound with apoenzyme

Enzymes on basis of str two type
Simple having only protein part
And conjucate having protein part (k/a apoenzyme) and non protein part (k/a co -factor )
Now cofactor may be inorganic (k/a metalloenzymes) or organic ...( Which can be loosely attached (k/a coenzyme) or tightly attached(k/a prosthetic group)
