Thank you so much sir.. you're seriously a life saver for all of us who're dreaded by the vasudevan book.. just one qs, if I make notes from your class, will these points be sufficient for univeristy exams?

Yes, myoglobin exhibit tertiary structure. Insulin has two polypeptide chains but it does not have quaternary structure. In quaternary structure, the bond involved is primarily non- covalent bond. In insulin two chains are connected by disulfide bond which is a covalent bond.
Thank you sir Sir My question is if secondary structure involve only one polypeptide chain so why beta pleated sheath include in secondary structure while it contain h bond between two polypeptide chain???
Disulfide bonds are formed by oxidation of a pair of cysteine residues - leads to formation of cystine. DM Vasudevan- order o aa in a peptide chain and location of disulfide bonds,if any. Example-insulin
Thanks soooooooo much sir literally you are a gift from God to students Don’t know how to thanks to u but always praying for u
how beautiful is technology and internet? anyone can access this golden information from anywhere in the world. Thank you sir.
Thank you sir I must say
You're the best teacher of biochemistry again thank you so much sirr

Sir u gave the actual meaning of biochemistry, so My gratitude and respect from Odisha
I am a bsc nursing student.. & this is very helpful for me... thank u sir😊
Sir u r doing a great job.... U r just like master of biochemistry... Wishing you a good health always...
I have started studying biichem properly two months before exams.found your vedios .and started following them.they are ’’boon’’ to me.. Tysm sir🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻
Same here my friend
Thanks a lot sir

Sir, the intrachain disulfide bond you drew on the b chain of insulin is supposed to be on the A chain.
An excellent teacher! Thanks a lot, Sir
Thank you so much sir just because of your videos I could able to get through my university exams
Keep the good work going
Now i'm well prepared for my tomorrow's viva🔥 thanks a lot sir 🤗
THANKYOU THE RIGHT VIDEO AT RIGHT TIME 💕🤞

Thank you so much sir it's tooo helpful for us♥️
Hello Sir, your teaching is wonderful, if possible, please give notes in the form of pdf
Sir in some of the reference books it is written that the first and the last peptide bond don't make Hydrogen bonds
Do the disulphide bonds have any role in primary structure....
Sir aapne myoglobin alpha helix mein bhi kaha aa and tertiary structure mein bhi
Thank you so much sir
Sir can we write this for long essay 10 mark question?
Its really 👌👌
a correction doctor, insulin exhibit Quaternary structure...thank u
It is a branched polypeptide with active primary structure

Thank you sir 💜💜💜💜
Is it enough to say that further folding of primary structure leads to secondary structure....
Folding of primary structure into helices or sheets(steric relationship of amino acids)
Folding into geometrically ordered unit
Thank you sir
Sir My question is if secondary structure involve only one polypeptide chain so why beta pleated sheath include in secondary structure while it contain h bond between two polypeptide chain???
Good information
Myoglobin is example of alpha helix or tertiary structure? You took it in both
Is the interchain disulphide bond not giving rise to quaryernary structure....
The interchangeable disulphide bond....
Kindly reply on the group Dr Rajesh

Dear Sir,
Are primary and secondary structure proteins are functional protein?
If they are not then what's the reason, kindly elaborate in detail.
Why do we call insulin a primary protein even though it has two polypeptide chains?
Thank you sir your need at right time
