Where could I find the OSC mixer template Joe referred to? I'm trying to map an iPad TouchOSC custom mixer I created into the Central Control Mixer, but I'm missing something about how the OSC faders are tagged into Central Control.

Go over to the Central Control install directory, and it’s in a folder called “TouchOSC Templates”
