Planning and hitting those windows of optimal planting times are the toughest parts for me too. Planted garlic this past weekend and onion starts the weekend before. I love the idea of a tree each month. I think I average buying a tree a month. I have been told to "wait until Easter" to plant some of the varieties because they can't handle planting in the cold. I love the pavers! I feel like they make some of my areas feel more intentional. It's always a work in progress. Keep up the good work!
