- Hey everyone, it's M again! Today we're going to talk about Auto-GPT in just 1 minute.
Auto-GPT uses GPT-4, an AI language model, and allows it to function independently without prompts from users for each action. This means that Auto-GPT can use the internet and execute commands on a computer all on its own, without any human intervention. This feature gives rise to "AI agents", where Auto-GPT can be assigned a task and perform it autonomously, limited only by its designated API access.

The image is just a MidJourney image animated using Team D-ID. Not for everyone, but definitely a great example of how AI is evolving. :)

Internet “ai” may finally become actual ai. Right now I don’t consider it as such because it doesn’t really exist in real time right? Until you summon it, it doesn’t really exist. So it’s more like a glorified 8ball. If it’s always awake then it will be experiencing its world which is the requisite for intelligent life to form.

You can use a simple editor to adjust the audio track easily, if needed :)
The voice is created in Eleven Labs then brought over to Team D-ID to animate. Unfortunately, this provides little control over the final animation with the audio. I anticipate this will improve rapidly as the tech is moving very quick.

Depending on your usage it can be. I believe OpenAI still provides an $18 credit for API usage. Just be sure not to leave it on autorun.

@helloai_ I don't know lol, my OpenAI account has been open since maybe January idk, I think cumulatively, I've only paid like 3 dollars for API calls but I would like them for free lol! Especially since I'm about to try to get Auto-GPT to do a few things. Oh well! Someone else will have to report back of they got it recently, I'm sure it exists!

That's because it's not. :) M is just an AI persona. Her voice, image, and animation are all AI generated.

This is made with a combination of tools. MidJourney to create our image, ChatGPT to write the content, Eleven Labs to create the voice, and Team D-ID to animate the image. :)
