You could do much better for yourself by simply adding natural salt to your food and even some in your water. Then, take that $42 you didn’t waste on this water enhancer and put it towards a quality magnessium that fits your specific needs.

Regardless of everything this is just not a good hydration drink with only 85MG of Sodium which is the most important part of a Hydration drink. A product like Liquid IV has 500MG of Sodium. If someone’s looking for a hydration drink, using natural flavors and organic stuff, it’s not really important, what’s important in a hydration drink is sufficient sodium, cause that’s what you are losing when you sweat, which this product doesn’t have.

This means that you need both salt and sugar for optimal absorption, hydration, and recovery. Therefore, you actually want some sugar in your electrolyte beverages.

Look like a cool electrolyte brand but the issue is the ratio between the electrolytes. Your body needs more sodium to rehydrate. That’s what your body sweats out most.

You wasted your money. The most important electrolyte is sodium and this product is severely lacking in that department. It provides no value as an electrolyte
