Every time a new keyboard comes out I always worry that I'll regret getting my zoom75, but to me, it still remains the best board you can buy in the sub $500 range.
I am in the same board (no pun intended), except I am still waiting for my batch to ship. I wanted to get OG QK75, but since it was hard to find any both in stock or GB, I went for Zoom75. Nice ad, because finally I know where I can go to make my own keyboard. I would make a 4 split spacebar (thumbkeys) and also indexfinger keys between the 5-6, T-Y, G-H, and B-N, 2 between each pair. Many of the keys at the left and right edge would go to the middle, but as programmable and macro keys.. Important is that ? and ? will be separate keys as well as : and :. Not too bad a price considering the $200 QX75N w/carbon fiber essentially a clone of the $320 KBDFans ODIN 75. So the question is what are you gaining or losing for the $120 difference?
After reading and listening to a bunch of keyboards all I want is to get my old Logitech g11 keyboard from like two decades ago. It's membrane, it still works, it's pretty convenient. And it's quieter than any of these. Oh, and it cost me a fraction of any mechanical keyboard price.

Hey Scott, glad to have you back! I had a question about the magnet daughter board. Is the PCB allowed to move independently from the daughterboard? If not, what is the point of a daughterboard if they're stuck together beside ESD protection maybe? Won't the flex affect the usb connection?
