Which lake was the cliff jumping? It looked like a great spot.

Rest easy, the launch point for the drone was outside the bwca proper, on the gunflint, but when it's way up high you can see into the wilderness!

Spent a week there in 1999 when I was 14 with the Boy Scouts. This makes me miss it so bad. Quarter of a century later and I still have dreams about it. We got there THE DAY the Derrecho arrived (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boundary_Waters%E2%80%93Canadian_derecho ), but thankfully we were able to weather it in cinderblock buildings, there were people OUT THERE when the storm hit. We got lucky that things were so pristine the week following the storm. TONS of fallen trees across those portages though. We fought hard through them, had to use the hand-saw many times. Just hearing the loon makes it all flood back.
