I sit here as a 57 year old... I never heard of Justin growing up... My music tastes were apparently a bit different ( I assume)
In the 80's I was a big Genesis, Phil Collins and Pink Floyd fan.
In the 90's, I really bever expanded my taste in music....Boring!...yeah, I know.🤷‍♂️
Then in the 00's...weirdly enough... Listened to more classical artists like Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli.
It wasn't until my kids said, "Hey you gotta check out this guy on RUclips...he's pretty good".
I think I started with his review on "Dimash"... and I've been hooked ever since.
Now, I can't miss a show and seriously hope he gets involved in a Podcast... Justin would be amazing interviewing people and also...Just being Justin. I think he could carry a 1-2 hour podcast very easily!
But, it's great he still has an active career...so, I guess It'll have to be a few more years down the line before Justin finally settles down to a good stogie, a Good whiskey and a microphone for a podcast.
    Peace ✌️

You know that John Squire is a big Dukes of Stratosphere fan.......It really reminded me of 'What in The World' by The Dukes of Stratosphere from the cult album 25 O'Clock they recorded in 1984 but made it sound like 1964. The Dukes actually being the brilliant XTC masquerading as a spoof psychaldelic band. Funnily enough recorded by John Leckie who The Stone Roses picked to engineer their album, so I think it's got The Dukes written all over it.

I loved Stone Roses and Ride but I came to appreciate Oasis later on when it wasn't being forced upon me. Just fantastic songwriters but always felt they weren't particularly about musicianship. There's a simplicity and directness that is undeniably brilliant and can't be overstated. I prefer his solo stuff to Noel's I must say which seems more fanciful and frilly.
